Claims (9)

  1. 일반식 (Ⅰ)의 피리딘 유도체.
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 동일하거나 상이하고 저급 알킬그룹, 및(여기에서 A는 저급 알킬렌이고, R9는 저급 알킬이며 R10은 저급 알킬 또는 아르알킬이거나 ; R9및 R10은 함께 5- 또는 6-원 환을 형성한다)로 나타내는 그룹중에서 선택되고 ; R3및 R4는 동일하거나 상이하며 저급 알킬 그룹으로 부터 선택되고 ; R5및 R6는 동일하거나 상이하며 수소 및 할로겐 원자 및 저급알콕시, 저급 알콕시카보닐 및 니트로 그룹으로부터 선택되고 ; R7및 R8은 함께 저급 알킬렌디옥시(즉,저급 알킬렌디옥시이다)를 형성하며 ;은 벤젠환, 또는 2,3-위치 이중결합 및/또는 5,6-위치 이중결합을 갖는 모노사이클릭 환을 나타내고 ; R0은 수소원자, 또는 저급 알콕시카보닐 또는 저급알콕시로 치환될 수 있는 저급 알킬 그룹이며 ; ( )는 R0가 피리딘 환 구조에 따라서 존재하지 않을 수 있음을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R5및 R6가 상이하고 수소 및 할로겐원자 및 저급 알콕시, 저급 알콕시카보닐 및 니트로 그룹으로부터 선택되는 화합물.
  3. 제1항의 화합물을 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  4. 제2항의 화합물을 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
  5. 제3항 또는 4항의 조성물을 투여함으로써 간 손상을 치료 및 예방하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 디메틸 4-(2-메톡시카보닐-3,4-메틸렌디옥시)페닐-2,6-디메틸-1,4-디하이드로피리딘-3,5-디카복실레이트 또는 이의 염인 화합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 디메틸 4-(2-메톡시카보닐-3,4-메틸렌디옥시-5-메톡시) -2, 6-디메틸피리딘-3,5-디카복실레이트 또는 이의 염인 화합물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, R10이 저급 알킬 또는 아르알킬이거나, R9및 R10이 함께 5- 또는 6-원환을 형성하는 화합물.
  9. 일반식 (Ⅰ-B)의 화합물을 함유하는 약제학적 조성물.
    상기 식에서 R1, R2, R3, R4는 상기 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같고 : R9및 R10은 둘다 수소원자이거나, 서로 상이하게는 수소, 할로겐, 저급 알콕시, 저급 알콕시카보닐, 또는 니트로이며 : R11, R12는 둘다 수소원자이거나, 또는 함께 저급 알킬렌디옥시를 형성하고(단, R11및 R12가 둘다 수소인 경우, R9및 R12은 둘다 수소가 아니다) : R0및 ( )은 상기 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
