Claims (2)
- 도시한 바와 같이 공지의 낫셀지조직에 있어서 코오스는 스판텍스사(1)와 나일론사(2)를 평조직에 의하여 편성되게 하고 이들 코오스간을 잡음 실인 스트래치 폴리에스터사(3)으로 얽혀 잡도록하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 신축테이프.
- 도시한 바와 같이 공지의 낫셀조직에 의한 테이프를 편직함에 있어서, 스판텍스사(1)를 사용하여 40내지 50g/㎠의 장력하에 80-90mm/480 코오스의 비율로 공급하게 하고 나일론사(2)는 170 내지 1900mm/480 코오스의 비율로 공급하여 코오스 부분을 편직하고 한편으로는 스트래치 폴리에스터사(3)을 잡음실로 사용하여 각 코오스간의 프트러짐을 잡도록하여 일정한 평조직을 항상 유지하도록 함과 동시에 이 스트래치 폴리에스터사(3)은 2200 내지 2400mm/480 코오스의 비율로 공급하도록 함을 특징으로 하는 신축 테이프 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
