판유리의 미술조각 성형방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 본 발명의 주물사를 몰드용기에 담아 압착한 상태의 실시예시도.
제2도는 제1도의 주물사위에 임의로 조각을 한 조각몰드의 예시도.
제3도는 조각몰드의 소성상태를 보인 실시예시도.

Claims (1)

  1. 주물사65-85%(중량비)와 점결제로 밴트나이트 10-30%(중량비) 및 물 3-8%(중량비)를 균일하게 혼합하여 직사각형의 몰드용기에 담아 가압하여 평면성을 가지게 하고 그 위에 미술조각을 하여 조각몰드를 가열로에 넣어 35-450℃로 가열하여 소성하고 소성된 조각몰드위에 미리 세정한 판유리를 올러놓고 함께 가열로에 넣어 800-870℃에서 30-60분정도 가열용융하여 조각몰드위에 녹은 판유리가 침하되어 조각문양을 복지성형되게 함을 특징으로 한 판유리의 미술조각 성형방법.
