Claims (10)

  1. 0.5-10 마이크로메터의 표면조도를 갖는 4-메틸-1-펜텐의 단독 중합체 결정 또는 공중합체 결정을 포함하는 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트.
  2. 제1항에서, 공중합체는 4-메틸-1-펜텐과 에틸렌, 프로피렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 1-옥텐, 1-데신, 1-테트라데신 및 1-옥타데신으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택된 α-올레핀으로 구성되는 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트.
  3. 제2항에서, 4-메틸-1-펜텐은 적어도 85몰%의 공중합체를 포함하는 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트.
  4. 제1항에서, 필름 또는 쉬트 4-메틸-1-펜텐의 중합체의 중량에 대해 0.5-5중량%의 실리콘오일을 더 함유하는 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트.
  5. 제1항에서, 일면금속 피복 적층체들의 제조시에 사용되는 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트.
  6. (1) 4-메틸-1-펜텐의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체를 포함하는 용융조성물을 제조하는 단계. (2) 필름 또는 쉬트를 형성하도록 용융조성물을 압출하는 단계, 그리고 (3)적어도 하나의 롤러들이 0.5-10마이크로메터의 롤러표면 조도를 갖고있는 한쌍의 롤러들을 통해 필름 또는 쉬트를 통과시키거나 거친 표면을 갖는 롤과 접촉 상태로 필름 또는 쉬트를 놓는 단계로서. 그 단계는 롤의 표면 거칠음성이 필름 또는 쉬트의 표면상에 복제될수 있는 온도와 압력에서 행해지는 단계를 포함하는 제1항의 거친표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에서, 거친 표면을 갖는 롤러는 롤러와 그 롤러에 접착되는 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트를 포함하는 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에서, 4-메틸-1-펜텐의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체를 포함하는 용융조성물을 제조하는 단계. (2) 그 용융 조성물을 압출하는 단계, 그리고 (3) 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 적층체를 제조하도록 적어도 하나의 롤러가 거친 표면을 갖고 있는 한쌍의 롤러들을 통해 용융조성물을 통과시키거나 또는 거친 표면을 갖는 롤러로서 용융조성물을 가해주는 단계, 여기서 표면이 거친 롤러의 표면조도는 0.5-10마이크로메터이며, 롤러의 표면의 조도가 필름 또는 쉬트의 표면상에 복제될 수 있는 온도와 압력에서 행해지는 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에서, 거친 표면을 갖는 롤러는 롤러와 그 롤러의 표면에 접착된 표면이 거친 필름 또는 적층체를 포함하는 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트의 제조방법.
  10. 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트가 프리프레그와 금속박으로 구성되는 적층더미에 가한 다음 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 박판의적층체의 거친 표면이 금속박의 반대인 프리프레그쪽의 표면과 접촉시키고, 그 다음 하나이상의 적층된 적층체들을 가연압축판들 사이에 놓고 가열 압축시켜 프리프레그들을 경화시키며 여기서, 거친표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트의 조도가 경화된 프리프레그들의 표면상에 복제되는 일면금속피복 적층체들을 제조하기 위한 제1항의 거친 표면을 갖는 필름 또는 쉬트의 용도.
