제1도는 본 발명의 나사 홀더(screw holder)를 형성하는 두개의 조오(jaw)의 평면도.
제2도는 나사가 나사 홀더로 부터 발출되는 상태를 나타낸 제1도의 홀더의 평면도.
제3도는 홀더 내의 통로와 지지수단을 보다 상세하게 나타낸 제1도 및 2도의 나사 홀더의 측면도.

Claims (12)

  1. 사용시 그곳을 통해 출구단부로 구동되는 나사를 위한 지지 통로를 한정하기 위해 결합되는형상을 2개의 배럴 조오들을 포함하며, 상기 조오들도 사용시 통로내의 나사를 재어 넣기 위해 통로에 이르는 브리치 개구부를 통로를 형성할때 한정하는 형상을 가지며, 상기 조오들이 통로와 브리치를 분할하고 나사가 통로의 출구단부 밖으로 나올 수 있게 하기 위해 사용시 서로 떨어지게 피벗될 수 있게 출구단부 위에서 힌지식으로 연결되는 나사 홀더장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조오들이 작동적으로 형성된 통로의 축의 반대 측부상의 위치에 대해 피벗하기 위해 브리치 개구부와 통로의 교차부 뒤에서 힌지식으로 연결되는 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 각 조오가 브리치 개구부와 통로의 대략 절반을 형성하는 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 브리지 개구부가 거기에 예각으로 경사진 통로를 접합시키기 위해 신장하며, 사용시 브리치 개구부를 통해 재어 넣어 절때 보다 짧은 나사들이 통로내로 처박히는 것을 방지하도록 된 형상으로 그 결합시 통로를 향해 구부러지는 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조오들이 그들을 탄성적으로 결합하기 위해 그 주위에 바이어싱 수단을 수용하도록 된 구조를 갖는 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 조오들의 구조가 조오들이 결합될때 탄성링 형태의 바이어싱 수단을 수용하기 위한 원주방향 홈을 형성하도록 된 장치.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조오들이 나사 피드 방향으로 그 최후단부에서 지지체에 힌지식으로 연결되며, 상기 지지체가 장치속에서 나사 드라이버 비트를 구동하기 위한 동력 공구에 고정되도록 된 장치.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 조오들이 나사 드라이버 비트가 나사를 통로 밖으로 작동적으로 구동할 수 있게 사용시 조오 통로내에서 나사 드라이브 비트 위로 이동하기 위해 지지체에 대해 축방향 및 탄성적으로 이동될 수 있는 장치.
  9. 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 상기 지지체가 힌지핀 주위에서 함께 압압되는 2개의 금속판들에 의해 형성되며, 그것이 판들의 중심 개구부에서 조오들의 최후단부들을 결합하는 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 통로의 최후단부가 사용시 동력 공구의 지지부상에 나합될 수 있는 어댑터 튜브를 수용하기에 충분하게 넓으며, 사용시 그속에 회전할 수 있는 나사 드라이버 비트를 축방향으로 갖는 장치.
  11. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 통로의 출구단부가 사용시 장치밖으로 나사가 나올 수 있게 하기 위해 조오들을 피벗식으로 열고 통로를 분할하기 위해, 축방향으로 구동된 나사 헤드로부터의 힘이 그위에 작용될 때 캠표면으로서 작용하기 위한 형상을 갖는 목을 갖는 장치.
  12. 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 지지체가 2개의 힌지핀을 갖는 플라스틱재로 형성되며, 그것이 나사 드라이버 비트가 작동통로에 접근할 수 있게 하기 위해 배치된 지지체내 중심 개구부의 각 측부에 조오들의 최후단부들을 고정하는 장치.
