Claims (1)

  1. 설정된 시정수에 따른 주파수를 갖는 클럭발생기(10)와 상기한 클럭발생기(10)의 출력신호에 의해 동기되어서 7비트의 데이터를 출력시키는 카운터(20)와, 상기한 카운터(20)의 출력신호에 인가하고 슬라이더 스위치(40)의 스위칭에 따라 출력시키는 펄스 엔코딩 회로(30)와, 상기한 펄스엔코딩회로(30)의 출력신호를 인가하여서 제어라인의 디코딩에 의해 서로 다른 레벨의 전압중 하나를 선택해서 액정표시소자(60)로 출력되게 하는 아날로그멀티플렉스(50)로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자 검사장치.
