Claims (19)

  1. 열가소성 또는 열경화성 중합체를 주형공동에 사출하여 성형제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 주형공동을 0.1몰% 내지 50몰% 의 F2와 적어도 20ppm의 O2를 함유하는 대기로 유지하면서 상기 중합체를 주형공동내로 사출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 물리화학적 특성의 개량방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주형공동내의 대기가 2몰% 내지 10몰%의 F2를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 주형공동내의 대기바란스가 불활성가스 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 주형공동내의 대기바란스가 공기인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 또는 열경화성 중합체가 폴리올레핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 주형공동내의 압력이 20 내지 60psig로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주형공동내의 대기가 적어도 100ppm의 O2를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 얻어진 제품이 개량된 물리화학적 특성을 가지도록 열가소성 또는 열경화성 중합체로부터 제품을 사출성혀하는 공정에 있어서, 상기 공정은 하기단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법; a) 주형공동으로 부터 공기 또는 기타 가스를 배기하는 단계와, b) 0.1몰% 내지 50몰%의 F2를 함유하는 반응성가스를 주형공동내로 주입하는 단계와, c) 열가소성 중합체를 가소하거나 열경화성 중합체를 혼합하는 단계와, d) 얻어진 중합체를 반응성가스를 함유하는 주형공동내로 사출하는 단계.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체를 열원과 접속된 왕복스크류를 사용하여 가소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 싱기 반응성 가스가 공기중에 2몰% 내지 10몰%의 F2를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 폴리올레핀인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 주형공동이 20psig 내시 60psig로 가압되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 재품은 가소된 중합체의 두 계면이 주형공동에 결합된 용접선을 포함하고, 이 용접선은 제품에 압력이 인가되는 경우 깨끗한 브레이크점을 형성할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 표면이 증가된 표면에너지를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 표면이 개량된 결합성 및 접착성을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 반응성가스가 적어도 20ppm의 O2를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 열가소성 또는 열경화성 중합체를 주형공동에 사출하여 성형제품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 주형공동을 0.1몰%의 SO3를 함유하는 대기로 유지하면서 상기 중합체를 주형내로 사출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품의 물리화학적 특성의 개량방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 주형공동내의 대기가 0.1몰% 내지 50몰%의 SO3를 함유하고 그 바란스는 불황성 가스 성분인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 주형공내의 압력이 20 내지 60psig로 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
