Claims (8)

  1. 약제와, 그의 표면에 도포된, 60 마이크론 이하의 평균 입자 직경을 갖고 위액 중에서 용해되는 미립자상 폴리머 물질로 되는 피복층을 함유하는 코아 물질로 되는, 교미성이 개선된 경구 투여용 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위액-용해성 폴리머 물질이 폴리비닐 아세탈 디에틸아미노아세테이트 또는 디메틸아미노에틸 메타크릴레이트/메타크릴산 코폴리머인 제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위액-용해성 폴리머 물질이 5 내지 20 마이크론의 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 제제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위액-용해성 폴리머 물질의 평균 입자 직경의 적어도 10배의 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 제제.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 600마이크론 이하의 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 제제.
  6. 제1항에 의한 제제로부터 제조한 단위 투여형.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 과립제, 펠릿제, 캡슐제, 환제, 정제, 당의정 또는 건조 시럽제인 단위 투여형.
  8. 약제와 필요에 따라서 위액-용해성 폴리머 물질을 함유하는 휘발성 액체의 분시 액체 소적을 60마이크론 이하의 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 위액-용해성 미립자상 폴리머 물질로 되는 분말층 상에 적하시켜서 액체 소적의 표면이 위액-용해성 미립자상 폴리머 물질로 피복되게한 후, 피복 입자를 건조시키는 것으로 되는, 제1항에 의한 경구 투여용 제제의 제조 방법.
