Claims (1)
- 리드(1)(2)를 통해 전원이 인가되는 필라멘트(3)의 상.하부를 페이스트로 앤드쉴드(4)(5)에 고정한 마그네트론의 필라멘트 조체에 있어서, 입도가 각기 10 및 40,1㎛인 니켈 및 루테늄, 몰리브덴을 30:30:40의 중량비로 혼합하 겉보기 비중이 약 0.9-1.30이 되게 반죽한 니켈-루테늄-몰리브덴 페이스트로 필라멘트(3)와 앤드쉴드( )의 접합부위에 도포하고 가열하여 필라멘트(3)와 앤드쉴드(4)(5)를 접합함을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론 라멘트 구조체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
