Claims (12)

About 1 carbon black containing at least about 35% by weight of a fully aromatic polyester and a minimum amount of intrinsic gasoline, so that the composition does not generate bubbles during molding at high temperatures or does not exhibit an undesirable decrease in melt viscosity. Polyester molding composition comprising -5% by weight. The composition of claim 1 wherein the carbon black contains less than 1.2% by weight intrinsic volatiles. The composition of claim 1 wherein the carbon black contains about 0-0.9 weight percent intrinsic volatiles. The composition of claim 1 wherein the carbon black consists of particles of about 25-75 microns in diameter. The composition of claim 1, wherein the carbon black has a total surface area of about 40-100 m 2 / g. The composition of claim 1 wherein the aromatic polyester is an oxybenzoyl copolyester. 7.
