Claims (4)

  1. 공작물의 트리밍 방향의 투영 형상보다 작은 형상을 갖는 받침대를 하형 상방에 고착하고, 공작물의 트리밍 방향형상의 소망부에 대응하는 부위에 내향 절인을 고착시키는 U형 프레임을 상형 하방에 고착하고, 상기 하형과 상기 상형은 전후 좌우 방향의 움직임을 억제하는 끼움부를 갖고, 또 상기 하형은 유체압 프레스의 테이블에 고착하고 상기 상형은 유체압 프레스의 상승 램에 고착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리밍용 금형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공작물은 크랭크 축인 것을 특징으로 하는 트리밍용 금형.
  3. 크랭크 축의 트리밍 방향의 투영 형상보다 작은 형상을 갖는 받침대를 하형 상방에 고착하고, 크랭크 축의 평형무게 빠짐부에 대응하는 부위에 펀치를 세워 설치하는 동시에 크랭크 축을 받침대에 대해 비접촉 상태로 유지하는 받침부재를 배치하고, 상기 받침부재는 탄성부재로 지지하고, 크랭크의 축의 트리밍 방향 투영형상의 소망부에 대응하는 부위에 내향 절인을 고착시키는 U형 프레임을 상형 하방에 고착하고, 상기 하형과 상기 하형은 전후 좌우 방향 움직임을 억제하는 끼움부를 갖고, 또 상기 하형은 유체압 프레스의 테이블에 고착하고 상기 하형은 유체압 프레스의 상승 램에 고착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트리밍용 금형.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 탄성부재는 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 트리밍용 금형.
