Claims (1)
- 중앙에 타원형구멍(1)과 전단을 凸자형으로 절취하고 상면에 구리박막(2)(3)을 전연되게 부착시킨 알루미늄기판(4)의 전단부에 반도체 레이저(5)와 후방부에 광검출기(6)를 설치하고 반도체레이저(5)와 구리박막(2) 사이 그리고 광 검출기(6)와 구리박막(3)사이를 전기적으로 연결시킨 것을 특징으로 한 반도체 레이저 헤드.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
