Claims (10)

  1. 가압유체에 의해 작동되는 복수개의 액튜에이터 구동용 액튜에이터 구동 장치에 있어서, 각각 복수개의 통로를 갖는 복수개의 2중벽 관을 접속키 위해 각 접합부가 액튜에이터에 접속되는 복수개의 관 접합부로 이루어지며, 상기 2중관이 소망의 위치에 있는 상기 액튜에이터의 포오트에 접속되도록 상기 관 접합부가 상기 액튜에이터에 대하여 선택적으로 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액튜에이터 구동 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 액튜에이터와 상기 관 이음매 사잉에 접속되어 각각 상기 액튜에이터의 작동 속도를 제어하는 복수개의 속도 제어기를 또한 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액튜에이터의 구동 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 속도 제어기가 상기 액튜에이터에 대하여 선택 자재하게 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액튜에이터 구동 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 유체 공급원에 접속되어 상기 액튜에이터에 가압 유체를 공급하는 매니폴드와, 상기 매니폴드상에 취부된 1개 이상의 방향 절환 밸브 및, 상기 유체를 상기 매니폴드로부터 상기 액튜에이터로 유도하는 상기 2중관을 또한 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액튜에이터 구동 장치.
  5. 가압 유체에 의해 작동되는 복수개의 액튜에이터 구동용 액튜에이터 구동 장치에 있어서, 각각 복수개의 통로를 갖는 복수개의 2중벽 관을 접속키 위해 각 접합부가 액튜에이터에 접속되는 복수개의 관 접합부로 이루어지며, 상기관 접합부 각각이 1개의 액튜에이터 상에 취부되어 상기 각 액튜에이터의 각 유체 포오트와 연통하는 통로를 갖는 가판부재와, 상기 기판부재 상에 취부되는 제1원통체와 상기 2중벽 관의 통로가 상기 기판부재의 상기 통로와 각각 연통하도록 상기 2중 관을 삽입키 위한 호올을 갖는 제2원통체를 갖는 원통체 부재를 구비하며, 상기 제1원통체가 상기 가판부재에 대하여 각을 갖고 이동될 수 있는것을 특징으로 하는 액튜에이터 구동 장치.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 원통체 부재의 상기 제1원통체와 제2원통체가 일체이며 서로 직교하는 방향으로 신장하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액튜에이터 구동 장치.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 기판부재가 상기 제1원통체에 취부된 기둥부재를 가지며, 상기 기판부재의 1이상의 상기 통로가 상기 기둥부재의 외주면에 형성된 원주 홈을 통하여 상기 제2원통체의 통로와 연통되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액튜에이터 구동 장치.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 액튜에이터 사이에 접속된 복수개의 속도 제어기와 상기 액튜에이터의 작동 속도를 제어하는 상기 관 이음매를 또한 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액튜에이터 구동 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 속도 제어기가 상기 액튜에이터에 대하여 선택 자재하게 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액튜에이터 구동 장치.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 유체 공급원에 접속되어 상기 액튜에이터에 가압하의 유체를 공급하는 매니폴드와, 상기 매니폴드 상에 취부된 1개 이상의 방향 절환밸브 및 상기 유체를 상기 매니폴드로부터 상기 액튜에이터로 유도하는 상기 2중관을 또한 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액튜에이터 구동 장치.
