Claims (4)

  1. 탄상체의 접합된 전왜소자를 가지는 진동자와, 이 진동자의 탄성체의 계면(界面)에 접촉하는 이동자를 구비한 전왜모터에 있어서, 상기 전왜소자는 이동자의 이동방향으로 간격을 두고, 주파전압을 인가하는 직접신축극과 이 직접신축극의 좌우에 위치하는 부수신축극을 포함하도록 분극처리되고 있고, 또한 이들의 신축극의 분극처리방향은 직접신축극와 그 좌우의 어느한쪽의 부수신축극이 동일한 극성이고, 다른쪽의 부수 신축극이 다른 극성으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전왜모터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전왜소자의 분극처리는 환상으로 이루어져있고, 이동자는 회전자인 전왜모터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전왜소자의 분극처리는 직선형상으로 이루어져있고, 이동자는 직선 이동자인 전왜모터.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항의 어느 하나에 있어서, 주파전압을 인가하는 직접신축극은 이동자의 이동방향을 반전하기 위하여 그 좌우의 부수신축극의 극성이 다르도록 선택되는 전왜모터.
