위생 세척기의 수류 전환밸브

본 고안은 화장실에 설치하는 위생세척기에 있어서 항문(肛門) 세척용노즐인 고정노즐과 여성의 질(膣)세척용인 이동노즐의 이송수류(水流)를 간단한 기계적 메카니즘을 이용하여 손쉽게 전환하기 위한 것이다.
종래에는 고정노즐로 항문 세척용으로만 사용하고 변기에 부착하여서 세정하는데 있어 단순한 노즐로서 그 급수되는 수류의 조정개폐조작밸브를 따로 설치하여 사용상 불편하였다.
본 고안은 이의 불편을 제거하기 위하여 선택스위치에 연결된 캠에 의해 패킹이 상. 하로 삽설조립된 피스턴을 상. 하 왕복시킴으로서 고정노즐측 유로를 정확히 개폐하고 조작이 간단하게 하여 손쉽게 작동할 수 있도록한 것이다 .
본 고안을 첨부도면에 의하여 그 구성 및 작용효과를 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 고안은 통상의 선택스위치(1)중심홈에 캠축(2a)이 형성된 캠(2)을 회전하도록 설치하고, 캠(2)의 회전에 의해 눌려지는 보턴(3)에는 고무패킹(6) (8)을 가진 피스턴(5)을 고정시켜 밸브몸체(10)의 토출로(9a)내에서 승강작동 되게하므로서 토출로(9a)와 연결되어 있는 고정노즐측 유로(9)가 개폐되게 하며 하부유입설(10a)과 연통한 이동노즐유로(11)의 삽입구(11a)는 항시 개방되어 있도록 구성된 것이다.
미설명부호7은 누수방지용 O링이고, 12는 탱크, 13은 탱크(12)속의 물이 외부에 설치된 원심펌프(15)의 압력을 받아 노즐쪽으로 진행하는 방향을 나타낸것이고, 16은 급수호오스를 각각표시한 것이다.
이와같은 본 고안은 캠(2)과 보턴(3)을 이용하여 유입실(10a)내에서 피스턴(5)을 승강작동시키므로서 토출로(9a)를 개폐작동시키게 하는 것이다.
즉, 첨부도면 제1도는 고정노즐측 유로(9)가 닫혀진 상태를 나타내고 있고, 선택스위치(1)을 가볍게 회전시켜면 함께 연결되어 있는 캠(2)이 같이 회전하면서 보턴(3)을 누르게되면, 이때 스프링(4)이 압축된다.
보턴(3)이 아래로 눌리면 보턴(3)과 나사로 체착연결되어 있는 피스턴(5)이 아래로 밀리면서 하부쪽 고무패킹(6)이 토출로(9a)에서 빠져나오게되어 고정노즐측유로(9)가 자연히 열리게되어 고정 노즐측으로 물이 배출되게 되며 이때 상부쪽 고무패킹(8)은 물이 상부쪽으로 유출됨을 방지한다.
다시 선택스위치(1)을 반대로 회전시키면 상기의 동작을 역으로 반복하여 고정노즐측 유로(9)가 닫히고 이동 노즐측유로(11)만 열리게 된다.
이와같이 선택스위치(1)와 연결된 캠(2) 및 피스턴(5)의 간단한 조작에 의해 유로를 정확하게 개폐시킬수 있고 그 이송 수류전환을 정확히 하며 밸브의 크기를 소형화 및 그 형상을 콤펙트화 할 수 있는 간단하고 편리한 조작을 할 수 있도록 구성한 유용한 고안이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 밸브몸체(10)를 탱크(12)에 체착하여 밸브몸체(10)의 고정 노즐측유로(9)와 이동노즐측유로(11)에 물을 공급함에 있어서, 통상의 선택스위치(1)중심홈에다 캠측(2a)을 회전하도록 설치하고, 이 캠(2)에 의해 눌려지는 보턴(3)에 고무패킹(6) (8)을 가진 피스턴(5)을 결착하여 밸브를 몸체(10)의 수직통공인 토출로(9a)및 하부유압실(10a)내에서 승강작동되게 함에 의해서 고정노즐측유로(9)가 개폐되게한 위생세척기의 수류 전환밸브.
