Claims (3)

  1. 열 파괴가능 탄성 중합 물질로 만들어지는 환형 밀봉 부재로서, 상기 밀봉 부재가 내주면상에서 파이프의 단부들을 밀봉하는 대향 밀봉 립들이 있는 환형 몸체로 구성되며, 상기 밀봉 립들은 서로를 향하여 뻗고 자유 연부들에서 종결되며, 상기 자유 연부들이 상기 환형 몸체의 내주면에 원주 방향 연장 슬롯을 형성하기 위해 서로 마주보며 서로 일정하게 이격되어 있는 환형 밀봉 부재 ; 상기 대향 밀봉 립들 사이에서 상기 환형 몸체의 반경방향 내측으로 뻗은 상기 밀봉 부재의 반경방향 플랜지 ; 그리고, 상기 반경방향 플랜지 안에 구비되는 내화재의 환형 링으로서, 상기 환형 링에는 밀봉되는 각가의 파이프들의 외주면들과 결합하도록 축선방향 이격되고 반경방향 내측으로 연장하는 다리들이 있고, 상기 환형 링은, 상기 밀봉부재의 잔여부위의 열파괴의 경우 상기 반경방향 플랜지의 반경방향 최내측 부위가 열 파괴되지 않게 속박되어 보호되는 연속 케이지를 형성하며, 상기 플랜지의 상기 반경방향 최내측 부위가 상기 파이프들 단부들과 결합하여 이 단부들을 밀봉하는 환형 링 ; 을 포함하는, 파이프들의 병렬 단부들을 중심으로 둘러싸며 고정되기에 적합한 다수의 커플링 세그멘트들을 포함하고, 밀봉 조립체를 수용하는 내부 환형 채널을 제공하는 형태의 분할식 파이프 커플링에 사용하는 절대안전 내화 밀봉 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 환형 링이 금속으로 형성되는 밀봉 조립체
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 환형 링이 스테인리스 강으로 형성되는 밀봉 조립체.
