Claims (19)

  1. 예비 인열기, 공급 롤러 및 공급대가 달려있는 소면기 등에서 섬유 밴드 또는 플러스를 균일하게 하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 유입되는 섬유 뭉치용의 측정부재가 제공되어 있고, 이 측정부재가 제어장치를 거쳐 공급 롤러용 구동 모터와 결합되어 있으며, 공급대에 적어도 하나 이상의 구멍(19, 19a, 19b)이 제공되어 있고 측정부재(20,20a,20b)를 구멍(19,19a,19b)을 통하여 집어 넣을 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 구멍(19,19a,19b)이 리세스로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 리세스(19,19a,19b)가 직4각형으로 되어 있고, 리세스(19,19a,19b)의 긴 연단(u',u")이 공급대(2)의 폭방향으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 측정부재(20,20a,20b)가 직4각형의 감지요소(20,20a,20b)로 되어 있고, 그 긴 연단은 폭방향으로 그 짧은 연단은 작업방향으로 뻗어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 2개 내지 4개의 감지 요소(20,20a,20b)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 측정부재(20,20a,20b)의 외측단이 예비 인열기(3) 방향으로 공급 롤러(1)의 중앙선(1a)에까지 뻗어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 측정부재(20,20a,20b)가 위치 고정적 볼 베어링(23)에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 볼베어링(23)이 예를들어 평형추, 스프링(24)등과 같은 힘의 요소와 협동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 측정부재(20,20a,20b)가 수직방향으로(화살표C) 이동할 수 있게 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 측정부재(20,20a,20b)가 그 양쪽 외측단에서 탄력있게(25a, 26b) 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 측정부재(20,20a,20b)가 지지부재(21,22,20a,28)에 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 측정부재(20,20a,20b)가 수평축 둘레를(화살표A) 회전할 수 있게 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 측정부재(20,20a,20b) 또는 지지부재(21,22,20a, 28)에 침지 코어(16')와 침지스풀(16")이 달린 적어도 하나 이상의 유도적 측정요소(16,16a,16b)가 제공되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 측정부재(20,20a,20b)가 무접촉으로 작동하는 아날로그식의 스페이스 센서로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 측정부재(20,20a,20b) 또는 지지부재(21,22,20a,28)에 정지부재(21a)가 병렬되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 공급 롤러(1)가 가동적으로 장착되어 있고, 공급대(2)가 위치 고정적으로 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 공급 롤러(1)가 고정적으로 장착되어 있고, 공급다이(2)가 가동적(화살표E)으로 장착되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 공급대(2)가 적어도 하나 이상의 스프링(27, 45a, 45b)에 의하여 힘이 부하된 상태로 지지되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 감지요소(20, 20a, 20b)의 지지물들이 적어도 하나 이상의 추(40a, 40b)에 의하여 부하되는 것을 특징으로 하는 균일화 장치.
