Claims (3)

  1. 추출면에서, 직접환원장치(1), 특히 직접환원용광로는, 해면철(5)을 위한 운반수단을 통해서 용락가스화장치(3) 및 제강용 전로(8)와 연락되고, 용락가스화장치(3)는 용융선철을 위한 운반가스를 통해서 제강용전로(8)와 연락되며, 직접환원장치(1)는, 해면철(5)의 제조를 위하여 용락가스화장치(3) 및 단일전로(8)와 연결됨을 특징으로 하는 광석과 같은 산화철원료로부터 강을 제조하기 위한 제련소.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 용융선철(6)을 위한 일시용기(7)이 용락가스화장치(3)와 제강용전로(8) 사이에 제공됨을 특징으로 하는 강을 제조하기 위한 제련소.
  3. 제1 또는 2항에 따른 제련소에서 강을 제조하는 공정에서, -괴상산화철 원료를 직접환원장치(1)의 환원구역에 장입하고, 석탄과 산소함유가스로부터 용락가스화 장치(3)에서 제조된 환원가스에 의해서 산화철원료를 환원하고, -환원생성물-해면철-의 일부는, 용락가스화장치의 용융구역으로 고온상태에서 도입되어, 용융 및 침탄되어서, 용융선철이 되고, -이 환원생성물의 그외일부는, 직접환원장치(1)로부터 출탕되고, -용락가스화장치로부터의 용융선철 및 직접환원장치로부터의 고체상태의 해면철이 제강용전로에 장입되어, 정련됨을 특징으로 하는 제련소에서 강을 제조하는 공정.
