절첩식 상자
제1도는 본 고안의 일부를 절결한 사시도.
제2도는 본 고안의 한쪽 중간 구획판을 접은 상태의 종 단면도.

본 고안은 합성수지제 절첩식 상자에 관한 것으로 상자체 내부 중간부위에 절첩형 중간 구획판을 장설하여 절첩식 상자로서의 사용가치를 향상토록한 것이다.
종래의 절첩식 상자는 상자 주벽판과 저면판으로되는 단일 용기로 되어 있기 때문에 내용물을 담을때 높이가 낮은 물품을 넣을때는 겹으로 쌓아 올려야 하기 때문에 아래편 내용물(화물)이 짓눌리게 되는 폐단이 있으므로 본 고안은 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 고안한 것으로서 이를 첨부 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
주벽판(1),(1''),(1'),(1''')를 절첩부(2)로서 절첩토록하고 저면판(3)을 절첩토록한 절첩식 상자에 있어서 주벽판(1),(1'')내주벽 중간부위에 절첩부(5)로 중간 구획판(4)를 장착하고, 중간 구획판(4)와 주벽판(1),(1'')에 한쌍의 감합구(6),(7)을 각기 형성하여 중간 구획판(4)를 위로 절첩하였을때 감합구(6),(7)이 서로 감합되어 고정토록하였으며 주벽판(1'),(1''')의 중간부위에 돌기(8)을 돌설하며 중간 구획판(4)를 밑으로 처지지 않게 받치도록 하였다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안은 내용물은 2개실로 나누어 담을때는 중간 구획판(4)를 위로 접어 올리고 상자내에 절반정도 차도록 물품(화물)을 담고 다음에 중간 구획판(4)를 펴서 돌기(8)에 걸리어 중간 구획판을 저면판 작용을 하게 하여 다시 물품을 담을 수 있으므로서 상자를 2개 실로 활용할 수있게 되어 사용상의 가치를 향상되게 한 것이다.

  1. 주벽판(1),(1''),(1'),(1''')를 절첩부(2)로서 절첩토록 하고 저면판(3)을 절첩토록한 절첩식 상자에 있어서 주벽판(1),(1'') 내주벽 중간부위에 절첩부(5)로 중간 구획판(4)를 장착하고 중간 구획판(4)와 주벽판(1),(1'')에 감합구(6),(7)을 각기 형성하여서 된 절첩식 상자.
