본 고안은 학교에서 찰흙공작을 할때 사용하는 고무찰흙을 제조하는 장치에 관한 것인데 보다 구체적인것은 원료를 소정규격으로 압출하면서 외면에 종이와 비닐지를 접착하여 제조하므로서 취급하기 좋고 상품가치가 높으며 사용하기도 편리하게 한것이다.
종래의 고무찰흙은 반죽하여 소정크기로 절단한것을 비닐 포대에 담아 떡판처럼 포장하기 때문에 상품이 가지런하지 못하고 작업도 까다로워 비능률적인 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 위와같은 종래의 결점을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 것으로 세폭으로 압출하여 이송시키는 과정에서 상하면에 비닐지와 종이대지를 접착시켜 일정 크기로 절단하면 상품이 되게 한 것인바 이를 보다 상세히 도면에 의거 설명하면 다음과 같다.
한쌍의 압출성형 로울러(5)(5')에 의하여 소정두께로 압출되는 고무찰흙을 세절캇터(6)로 세절하여 가이드 로울러(7)(7')사이를 통해 압출하고 콘베어 벨트(4) 위로 송출시키되 콘베어 벨트(4)위로 비닐지(1)를 공급하여 그 외면에 일정간격(2')을 두고 다열로 고무 찰흙(2)이 공급되게 한 다음 서장간격으로 절단하여 최종단계에서 표면에 종이대지(3)를 접착케한 장치이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 세폭으로 압출된 고무 찰흙(2)을 일정간격(2')이 유지되게 비닐지(1)위에 나란히 접착시키고 소정간격으로 절단하여 최종단계에서 접착시키므로 완성된 상픔이 만들어지기 때문에 연속적으로 압출과 포장이 이루어지는 제조작업이 가능하여 능률적인 이점이 있고, 사용시에는 비닐지(1)부분을 박리하고 작업대위에 놓고 사용할 수 있으므로 별도의 대지가 필요가 없는 이점이 있으며 유통과정에서는 종이대지(3)와 비닐지(1)로 인해 고무찰흙이 노출되지않게 되는 이점이 있고 투명비닐지(1)를 통해 고무찰흙이 투시되어 상품가지를 높힐 수 있는 이점이 있는 것이다.

  1. 도면에 포시한 것과 같이 한쌍의 압출성형 로울러(5)(5')에 의하여 소정두께로압출되는 고무찰흙을 세절캇터(6)로 세절하여 가이드로울러(7)(7')사이를 통과하여 콘베어 벨트(4)위로 송출시키되 콘베어 벨트(4)위로 비닐지(1)를 동시에 공급하여 비닐지(1)위에 일정간격(2')을 두고 다열로 고무찰흙(2)이 공급되어 이송되게하고 최종단계에서 소정간격으로 절단하여 표면에 종이대지(3)를 접착케한 공작용 고무찰흙 제조장치.
