な、同時に切断し型押しするための装置を提供する。 【構成】 切断カッタ及び又は対応工具を型押ジョー対
から突出させ、かつ切断カッタを硬質で耐摩耗性の材料
から、対応工具を、上記切断カッタが破損せずに対応工
具内に侵入できる軟質の材料から構成した。

【発明の詳細な説明】

【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、特に、互いに間隔をあ
けて配列された個別の対象物を包囲被覆しているホース
状の包装用シート又は包装用フィルムを、同時に切断し
型押しするための装置に関する。この場合、各対象物の
間の区間で切断及び型押しが行なわれ、その結果個別に
包装された対象物がえられる。

【従来技術】このような形式の公知の装置は、2つのロ
ーラから構成されており、該ローラは互いに転動し合う
型押ジョー対を有している。上記2つのローラのうちの
一方のローラの対をなす型押ジョーの間には、切断カッ
タが配置されており、他方のローラの対をなす型押ジョ
ーの間には、切断カッタの対応工具として役立つ硬化さ
せた金敷面が設けられている。
【0003】このような硬対硬の切断装置には、上記カ
ッタの調節を極めて正確に行なわなくてはならないとい
う欠点がある。例えばカッタの摩耗、温度変化又は型押
圧の所望の変化によりごくわずかな寸法変化が生じて
も、カッタ調節量の修正が必要になる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明の課題は、同時
に切断し型押しするための装置を、その切断能力が問題
となる寸法変化とは無関係になるように、構成すること
にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】この課題は本発明によれ
ば、同時に切断し型押しするための装置であって、2つ
のローラから構成されており、これらのローラがそれぞ
れ少なくとも1対の型押ジョーを有しており、上記2つ
のローラの型押ジョーがローラ噛込部で互いに上下に転
動し合い、かつ各対の型押ジョー間に切断カッタ又は対
応工具が配置されている形式のものにおいて、切断カッ
タ及び又は対応工具が各対の型押ジョーから突出してお
り、かつ切断カッタが硬質で耐摩耗性の材料から成り、
対応工具が、上記切断カッタが破損せずに侵入できる軟
質の材料から成ることによって、解決されている。
【0006】同時に切断し型押しするための装置の、上
記構成の利点は、例えば摩耗又は温度変化又は型押圧変
化により生じることがある、ローラ又は切断カッタの寸
法変化が、切断効果に影響しないということにある。
【0007】本発明の対象の更に別の特徴は、従属形式
の請求項及び、個別のそれぞれ互いに間隔をあけて配列
された対象物を被覆するホース状の包装用シートを同時
に切断し型押しするための、図1、図2及び図3に示さ
れている装置の有利な一実施例から明らかである。

【実施例】本発明の実施例として示された、同時に切断
し型押しする装置は、生理用品を製造するための装置の
後方に接続されており、ここでこの生理用品を個別包装
するための装置の一部になっている。本発明の対象とな
る装置の前方に接続されている、ここでは図示されてい
ない装置で生理用品はまずシート内に包まれて被覆され
る。これによってえられる、それぞれ互いに間隔をあけ
て配列された生理用品2を内部に有するホース1は、ベ
ルト3及び4から成るコンベアを介して、同時に切断し
型押しするための工具へ供給される。これらの工具は2
つの型押ローラ5及び6から成っており、該型押ローラ
5及び6はそれぞれ4対の加熱可能な型押ジョー7,
7′及び8,8′を有している。各対の型押ジョー7と
7′との間若しくは8と8′との間の範囲は溝として構
成されており、上記範囲は上側型押ローラ5の場合には
切断カッタ9の受容のために、下側型押ローラ6の場合
には、軟質で弾性の条片から成る対応工具10の受容の
ために役立つ。上記切断カッタ9は、耐摩耗性の焼入れ
した鋼から製造されており、かつ図3からわかるように
刻み目のついた刃を有している。製作技術上の理由か
ら、上記工具の受容のために役立つ溝は、両型押ローラ
5及び6において同じ幅に製作されている。対応工具1
0の幅(厚さ)は、これを受容する溝の幅に適合してお
り、これに対して狭幅の切断カッタ9は条片11と12
との間に保持されており、これら条片が切断カッタの不
足している幅を補充している。切断カッタ9も対応工具
10も、ねじ13によって溝内に固定されている。型押
ローラ5及び6の出口側には、更に別のコンベヤ14が
個別包装された生理用品2′を搬出するために配置され
ている。
【0009】主な構成部分に限って説明されている、同
時に切断し型押しするための装置の作業形式は以下の通
りである。
【0010】シートホース1によって被覆され、それぞ
れ互いに間隔をあけて配列された生理用品2は、ベルト
3とベルト4との間から型押ローラ5及び6へ供給され
る。型押ローラの回転数及び位相は以下のように選ばれ
る。即ち、型押ジョー対7,7′及び8,8′のそれぞ
れが、各生理用品2間の間隙の中心で互いに上下に重な
り合うように選ばれる。この場合、シートホース1は横
方向に密封されるだけでなく、同時に横方向に切断され
る。なぜなら刻み目の付いた切断カッタ9が、転動中ま
ずその先端部で、次いで次第にその全長にわたってシー
トホースを突き切り、軟質のゴム条片として構成された
対応工具内に侵入するからである。このような組合わさ
れた型押し−切断工程で、それぞれがシートで包まれた
単個生理用品から成るクッション状の単個包装物15が
えられる。型押ローラ5及び6の出口側に配置されたコ
ンベヤ14は、上記単個包装物15を受け取り、これら
をここでは図示されていない、本発明の対象となる装置
の後方に接続された装置、例えば包装機械に送る。

Claims (6)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項1】 同時に切断し型押しするための装置であ
    って、2つのローラから構成されており、これらのロー
    ラがそれぞれ少なくとも1対の型押ジョーを有してお
    り、上記2つのローラの型押ジョーがローラ噛込部で互
    いに上下に転動し合い、かつ各対の型押ジョー間に切断
    カッタ又は対応工具が配置されている形式のものにおい
    て、切断カッタ(9)及び又は対応工具(10)が各対
    の型押ジョー(7,7′及び8,8′)から突出してお
    り、かつ切断カッタ(9)が硬質で耐摩耗性の材料から
    成り、対応工具(10)が、上記切断カッタが破損せず
    に侵入できる軟質の材料から成ることを特徴とする、同
    時に切断し型押しするための装置。
  2. 【請求項2】 対応工具(10)の先端部が、型押ジョ
    ー対(8,8′)の先端部と同じ面上にあることを特徴
    とする、請求項1記載の同時に切断し型押しするための
    装置。
  3. 【請求項3】 切断カッタ(9)が焼入れした鋼から成
    ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の同時に切断し型押
    しするための装置。
  4. 【請求項4】 対応工具(10)がゴムから成ることを
    特徴とする、請求項1記載の同時に切断し型押しするた
    めの装置。
  5. 【請求項5】 対応工具(10)が弾性のプラスチック
    から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の同時に切断
    し型押しするための装置。
  6. 【請求項6】 切断カッタ(9)の切刃に刻み目が付け
    られていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の同時に切
    断し型押しするための装置。
