Description

신발창의 성형틀
제1도는 본 고안 성형틀의 사용상태의 단면도.

1 : 금형틀, A,B,C-금형 2 : 백색고무판

4,4' : 요흠부 5 : 돌출벽
6 : 경사면.
본 고안은 신발창을 압출 성형할 때 2가지 색상을 혼합되지 않도록 3개의 금형을 100℃의 온도에서 약 3분간 압착한 후 약 2분간 열 압착하여 견고하게 바탕판에 선택된 다른 색상의 무늬돌조가 고정되게 바탕과 색상이 다른 돌조편을 배치시킨 후 상기와 같이 압형한 후 B금형과 고무금형을 인출하고 백색고무판에 다른 색상의 돌출편을 정해진 위치에 삽입한 후 압형 접착시키므로서 견고하고 미려한 신발창를 입체감이 있게 성형시키는 것이다.
종래의 바탕판의 요흠에 무늬편을 십입할 때 위치가 부정확하에 접착한 후에 무늬편의 배열이 일정하지 않을 때는 불량처리되는 경우가 많고 더욱이 일정하게 배열시키는 시간이 많이 소됴되며 배열 후에 압착과정에서 배열이 흔들이는 결점등이 있었다.
또한 무늬편의 량이 일정하지 않을 때는 압착시에 무늬편이 원판인 바닥판과 혼합되어 불량처리되는 결점이 많았다.
그러나 본 고안에서는 두가지 색상이 절대로 혼합되지 않도록 C금형에 차단칼을 형성시켰으며 작업성이 유리하여 불량이 최대한 감소되도 두가지 색상이 혼합되지 않아서 조각의 무늬가 선명하도록 이음부분에서 깨끗하게 접착되게 한 것으로 첨부된 도면에 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
일조의 금형틀(1)을 형성함에 있어서 A금형, B금형, C금형으로 구분하고 A금형과 B금형 사이에 백색 고무판(2)을 내삽하고 B금형과 C금형사이에 고무금형(3)과 무늬편(3')을 각각 내설할 수 있는 요흠부(4)(4')을 요설시키고 C금형의 요흠부(4')의 돌출벽(5)의 선단을 경사면(6)을 두어 절단 효과를 가지게 한 것이다.
따라서 A금형과 B금형사이에 백색의 고무판(2)을 내삽하고 B금형과 C금형 중간에 청색의 고무판(3)을 삽입하여 130℃이상의 온도에서 열 프레스로 2분간 압착한 후 B금형을 인출하고 청색고무조각(3)을 동시에 인츨시킨 다음에 백색의 고무판(2)과 청색의 무늬편(3')을 B금형을 인출한 상태에서 A금형, C금형, C금형을 프레스로 약 3분간 압착하므로서 백색의 고무판(2)에 청색무늬편(3')이 와전하게 접착되는 것이다.
이때 C금형의 돌출벽(5)의 선단을 선단을 경사면(6)을 이루어 청색의 무늬편(3')을 절단시키는 효과와 더불어 연질 상태의 고무가 칩입되는 것을 차단 시키는 효과도 얻는 것이다.
따라서 본 고안은 바탕이 되는 고무판의 색상과 무늬편의 색상을 달리하여 접착시키는 과정이 간단하면서도 서로의 색상이 혼합되지 않게하므로 불량이 최대한 감소되고 양질의 신발창을 량산할 수 있는 잇점도 있는 것이다.

  1. 금형틀(1)을 형성함에 있어서 A금형, B금형, C금형으로 구분하되 A금형과 B금형 사이에 백색 고무판(2)을 B금형과C금형 사이에 청색 고무판(3)과 청색 무늬편(3')이 내설되는 요흠부(4)(4')을 요설하고 요흠부(4')의 돌출벽(5)의 선단을 경사면(6)으로 함을 특징으로한 신발창의 성형틀.
