Claims (8)

  1. 아래의 1)과 2를, 2)의중화 전 또는 후에 혼합시키는 것을 포함하는, 물에 희석될 수 있고, 가수분해에 안정하며, 열경화성인, 양이온 코우팅 조성물의 제조방법:1)5-35 중량%의 카복실화 가교 화합물과 2) 65-95중량%의 하기 a)와 b)의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 아미노 기-함유수지 결합체, a)암모니아,b)폴리글리시딜 에테르와 디글리시딜 에테르의 혼합물 내에 존재하는 글리시딜 에테르의 평균 몰 에폭시관능가는 〈1.75인〉하기 b1과 b2〉의 혼합물, 즉b1)분자당n(1〈n〈1.9)개의 에폭시기를 갖는 폴리글리시딜 에테르로서 분자당 x(x〉2)개의 에폭시기를 갖는 다관능가 폴리글리시딜 에테르와, 다관능가 폴리글리시딜폴레에테르 몰당 (x-n)몰의 일관능가 페놀과의 반응 생성물ㅇ니 폴리글리시딜 에레르와 b2)1.0내지 5.5범위 내의 EGC를 갖는 디글리시딜 에테르를 된 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다관능가 폴리글리시딜 에테르가 2.5〈x〈3.5인 에폭시 노블락 수지인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 일관능가 페놀이 C4-12알킬 치환체에 의해 따라 위치에서 치환된 페놀인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 디글리시딜 에테르가 1.8내지 2.4범위 내의 EGC르 갖는, 2,2-비스(4-히드록시-페닐)프로판의 디글리시딜에테르인 방법.
  5. 제1항내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서,폴리글리시딜 에테르와 디글리시딜 에테르가 75:25내지 45:55범위 내의 중량 비율로 b)에서 언급된 혼합물 내에 존재하는 방법.
  6. 제1항내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 20내지 120℃범위 내의 온도에서, 대기압 또는 대기압보다 약간 높은 압력으로 암모니아와 b)에서 언급된 혼합물을 반응시켜 아미노 기-함유 결합제를 제조하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 에폭시 당량 당 아미노-수소를 4.5당량 이상으로 채택되는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 가교 화합물과 아미노기-함유 결합제가 15:85 내지 25:75범위내의 중량비율로 존재하는 방법.
