The present invention is to form a prefabricated ondol ondol plate that is molded into a unit, heat dissipation between the bottom of the double insulation layer and the top of the heat dissipation layer and the top layer of the surface layer to install and discharge heat The present invention relates to a hot water ondol plate that provides a plurality of spaces irregularly in a layer to accumulate heat generated by a heating tube so that the accumulated heat is uniformly radiated.
Conventional hot water warming plate is simply formed with a heat insulating layer as a heat insulating material such as styropole plate on the bottom surface to prevent heat and heat dissipation, and the heat dissipation layer is formed on the upper surface of the heating pipe by cement mortar, etc. Wetting due to the difference causes moisture to accumulate in the ondol plate, which not only weakens the strength of the ondol plate but also reduces heat dissipation of the heating tube, resulting in heat loss. There was a problem that the ondol plate was cracked due to the volume shrinkage along the flow, and the heat dissipation layer of the hot water ondol plate, which is simply cement mortar, could not diffuse heat generation of the heating tube, so it could not warm the entire floor uniformly. The effect was also unforeseen and had all the problems.
The present invention is devised to solve all the problems of the existing hot water ondol plate as described above, when described in detail according to the accompanying drawings as follows. In forming a unitary prefabricated hot water warming plate (1) made of various standard products, a double insulation layer (2) (3) consisting of a hard board and an insulation is formed at the bottom thereof, and asphalt pitch and vinyl are overlapped therebetween. A heat shield layer 4 and 4 'to be fitted are installed, and a heat storage layer 5 is formed by spreading a lead plate on the upper surface thereof, and at the same time, the heating pipe 6' is disposed at a predetermined interval and concrete mortar, Sand mixed with gravel and porous zeolite to a certain thickness, and put a gold network (7 ') of good thermal conductivity copper, copper alloy, etc. on it, and then the heat radiation layer (6) and the heat dissipation layer (7) as concrete mortar ) To form a plurality of spaces (6a) irregularly in the heat dissipation layer (6) and then to form the surface layer (8) as cement mortar. In the figure, reference numeral 9 is a reinforcing frame, 10 is a fastening groove.
In this way, the present invention is constructed by assembling the hot water heating slabs (1) of the unit suitable for a variety of specifications in a horizontal manner adjacent to each other in a common manner, and then installing the inlet and the outlet of the heating tube (6 ') in the usual piping method. When the hot water is circulated in the heating tube 6 ', the heating section 6' is heated, and the heat radiating layer 6 is heated to radiate heat, and the bottom of the radiating layer 6 is heated. Is a double heat insulating layer (2) (3) is heat is not released to the bottom surface is conducted up to the heat conduction layer 7 is heated to the gold network (7 ') excellent heat conductivity because it is heated The heat is spread and conducts evenly over the entire heat dissipation layer 7, and the heat dissipation heats up the entire floor efficiently through the surface layer 8, and the space part is irregularly located at a large portion of the heating tube 6 '. (6a) is for continuous heating of the heating tube 6 '. The heat dissipation and heat storage heats up the room by radiant heat that is concentrated and collected in the space part 6a, so that the room temperature can be maintained comfortably, and at the same time, the space part 6a provides shock resistance and sound insulation. In the heat storage layer 5 positioned in the heat dissipation layer 6, heat can be accumulated and dissipated according to material properties, thereby maintaining continuous heating efficiency.
Therefore, the present invention not only heats the entire floor evenly and efficiently with continuous heating efficiency, but also completely eliminates condensation due to the use of a heating tube and maintains a comfortable indoor temperature. It is a very practical design.
