본 고안은 주방에서 또는 작업장에서 사용하는 절단용 가위의 일측 인판을 절단 인판으로 형성시켜 피절단물을 가위로 잘라내거나 칼로 절단할 수 있도록한 것이다. 종래의 가위는 집게형으로된 인판을 벌리거나 오므리는 작용으로 피절단물을 자르는 것이 주용도이고, 절단용 칼은 사물을 절단하거나 식품을 가공할 때 저미는 기구로 사용하는등 용도가 제한되어 있어서 가정의 주방이나 작업장 등지에서는 절단용 가위가 별도로 있어야 하고 또, 절단용 칼이 별도로 있어야 하는 불편이 있었다. 본 고안은 위와 같은 종래의 재결점을 시정하기 위하여 두가지 용도의 기구를 합성시킨것인바 이를 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention is to form a cutting plate on one side of the cutting scissors used in the kitchen or in the workshop to cut the cutting object with scissors or cut with a knife.
