Claims (11)

  1. 융합될 세포의 혼합물을 유효량의 응집원과 접촉시킨 다음 응집된 세포를 융합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 선택성 조건하에서 유용한 생성물을 생성할 수 있는 포유동물 세포와 연속 증식가능한 포유동물세포를 융합시켜 하이브리드세포를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 유용한 생성물을 생성할 수 있는 식물세포 및 연속증식 가능한 식물세포를 유효량의 응집원과 접촉시킨다음 응집된 세포를 융합시킴을 특징으로하여 융합된 하이브리드 세포를 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 응집원이 식물성 혈구응집소(phytohaemaggiutinin)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 응집원이 식물성 혈구응집소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 융합을 화학적 융합법으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 융합을 화학적 융합법으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 융합을 전기-융합법으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
