Claims (10)

  1. 다음 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명비누 조성물.
    A : 90-70%(ww) C16-C22지방산 및 10-30%(ww) C10-C14지방산으로 구성되는 지방산 혼합물의 알칼리금속 또는 3급 아민비누 55-79.5%(ww)
    B : 7-20%(ww)의 열안정성 폴리올,
    C : 0.5-7.5%의 유리 C10-C22지방산,
    D : 12-20%(ww)의 물,
    E : 0.1% 이하의 NaCl,
    F : 2% 이하의 향료, 염료, 안정화제등과 같은 통상적인 성분들.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 함량 퍼센트가
    A : 64-78%
    B : 8-15%
    C : 2-5%
    D : 12-16%
    E : 0.1%(ww) 이하의 NaCl
    인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비누는 나트륨비누를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 한 항에 있어서, C16-C22지방산 그룹은 40%(ww) 이하의 가지형사슬 모노카르복실산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 한 항에 있어서, 비누는 또한 트리에탄올아민 비누를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 한 항에 있어서, 0.01-2중량%의 에탄-1-하이드록시-1,1-디포스폰산 또는 그 염을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올은 당 알콜을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분은 솔비톨을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분은 분자량이 200-600인 글리콜폴리에테르를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. C16-C18및 C10-C14지방산의 혼합물을 완전하게 또는 불완전하게 비누화반응시키고 기타성분 B 및(경우에 따라) C를 첨가한 후 수분함량이 12-02% 되도록 건조시켜서 이렇게 얻어진 물질을 표존비누 공정설비를 사용하여 그 자체로서 공지된 방법으로 가공하여 투명비누 타블렛을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제9항의 투명비누 조성물의 제조방법.
