Claims (7)

  1. 히드록실기함유 필름 형성수지, 가교 결합된 중합체 입자 및 상기 필름-형성수지용 용매로 이루어지는 주성분(A)과 폴리이소시아네이트 화합물로 이루어지는 경화제성분(B)으로 구성되는 2성분 폴리우레탄 도료에 있어서, 가교 결합된 중합체 입자로서 입자 가교결합된 중합체심과 화학결합, 반-침투 아니면 둘다에 의해서 상기 심에 짝지음된 많은 실질적으로 선형의 중합체 사슬로 각각 이루어지며 상기 심, 상기 중합체사슬 아니면 둘다에 금속원소를 포함하는 복합 수지입자를 사용하는데, 상기 히드록실기함유 필름 형성수지의 상기 복합 수지입자에 대한 고체중량비는 99/1 내지 40/60이며 경화제성분(B)의 이소시아네이트기의 주성분(A)의 히드록실기(만일 선형중합체사슬이 히드록실기를 포함한다면, 상기 히드록실기와 필름 형성수지의 히드록실기의 합계)에 대한 당량비는 0.5 내지 2.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 도료.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 필름 형성수지는 아크릴수지, 비닐 수지, 폴리에스테르수지 및 폴리에테르수지로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 도료.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 심 중합체는 아크릴수지, 비닐수지, 폴리에스테르수지, 에폭시수지 및 아미노수지로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 도료.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 실질적으로 선형의 중합체는 아크릴 수지 및 비닐수지로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 도료.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 금속원소는 실질적으로 선형의 중합체 사슬의 적어도 일부에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 도료.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 금속원소는 가교결합된 중합체 심에 포합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 도료.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 금속원료는 Zn,Sn,Al,Fe,Zr,Ti,Ge,Pb,Cr,Mg,Ca,Sr,Li,Na 및 K로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 2성분 폴리우레탄 도료.
