비소성 단열벽돌의 제조방법에 있어서 본문에 상술한 바와같이 규산분 70% 이하의 규조토를 100매쉬이하로분쇄하여 점토분말, 연탄재분말, 백시멘트, 스치로폴입재을 적의 교반하여 성형한후 100-150℃에서 2 시간 가열 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 비소성 단열벽돌의 제조방법.In the method of manufacturing non-fired insulating brick, 100-150 ℃ of clay powder, briquette powder, back cement, and styropol granules are pulverized by grinding the diatomaceous earth with 70% or less of silicic acid content to 100 mesh or less as described above.
