기판 위에 지당화이트를 혼입한 불포화포리에스테르수지를 도포하여 기재의 색소나 언룩 등을 차폐시키고 이 차폐층을 220번 정도의 사포로 연마한 뒤 그 위에 불포화포리에스티르수지에 액상진주박을 혼합한 진주박도료를 부어 흐르게 한 다음 그 위에 셀로판 필름을 덮어 로라로 탈포를 겸하면서 수지를 전면에 고루퍼지게 한 다음 수지가 겔화를 시작하면 셀로판 필름을 수지에 밀착시킨채 일정 방향으로 움직여 진주박도료층에 나타난 언룩을 제거하고 셀로판 위에 고무재질의 스퀴이지를 밀착시켜 임의 방향으로 움직여 셀로판 밑의 수지를 흐르게 하고 진주박입자가 그 흐름 방향으로 배열되어 미려한 진주광택을 나타내는 진주무늬 형성방법.Apply unsaturated polyester resin mixed with fat sugar white on the substrate to shield pigments, unevenness, etc. of the base material, polish this shielding layer with sandpaper of about 220 times, and then mix liquid pearl flakes with unsaturated polyester resin on it.
