Claims (11)

  1. 내부로 압력공급관을 끼워 맞출수 있도록 되어있고 관모양의 침투성 로울러 내축과 맞도록된 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서
    a) 상기 공급관(feed tube) 둘레로 끼워 맞추기 위한 내측 리세스와 상기 관모양의 침투성 로울러 내부로 끼워 맞추기에 적당한 외부원주 표면(outer circumferential surface)을 가진 원형의 제 1 단부 마개(first circular end cap,[11]),
    b) 단부표면 및 외부면의 단면이 정다각형이고 외부면에 번갈아 형성된 마루 및 홈이 각 외부면으로부터 내측으로 연장된 가늘고 긴홈,
    다각형 정점의 외측으로 연장된 가늘고 긴 내부슬롯을 구비하여서 인접한 단위부분(modular section)에서 내부슬롯과 외부면의 홈이 겹쳐지도록된 다수의 단위부분[12],
    c) 내부모서리(inner edge), 외부모서리 및 상기 관모양의 침투성 로울러 내부로 끼워지기에 적합하도록된 원주면을 가진 원형의 제 2 단부마개[13],
    d) 제 1 단부 마개에서 제 2 단부 마개까지 연장되어 있고 여러개의 단위부분과 협력하여 그것들 사이에인접한 단위부분을 고정시키고 하나의 단위부분의 가늘고 긴 내부슬롯을 인접한 단위부분의 외부홈의면과 마주 대하도록 협력하여 축방향으로 위치시킨 가늘고 긴 고정수단(fastening means [16]), 등으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단위로울러 도색기.
  2. 제 1 항의 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서, 인접한 단위부분의 가늘고 긴 내부슬롯과 마주대하는 하나의 단위부분의 홈의 위치를 고정시키기 위해 그것의 한쪽 단부표면에 부착된 로케이터 수단[26]을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 단위로울러 도색기.
  3. 제 2 항의 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서, 로케이터 수단에 상기 단위부분의 한쪽 단부표면에 돌출된 탭을 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 단위로울러 도색기.
  4. 제 3 항의 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서, 상기 단위부분의 양쪽 단부에 돌출된 탭을 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 단위로울러 도색기.
  5. 제 3 항의 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서, 상기 탭들이 외측으로 돌출되어 있고, 인접한 가늘고 긴슬롯내부에 끼워지기에 알맞은 크기로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단위로울러 도색기.
  6. 제 1 항의 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서, 정다각형의 단면이 육각형 단면인 것을 특징으로 하는 단위로울러 도색기.
  7. 제 1 항의 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단부마개는 인접한 단위부분의 내부모서리로부터 상승된 쇼울더까지 원주면[19]이 테이퍼형으로 되어있어 침투성로울러를 밀폐하기에 알맞도록 되어있는것을 특징으로 하는 단위로울러 도색기.
  8. 제 1 항의 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 단부마개들은 각기 외부모서리 부근의 원주표면에서 고정된 침투성로울러까지 돌출되어 있는 외측으로 연장된 쇼울더[20,39]를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단위로울러 도색기.
  9. 제 1 항의 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서, 상기 제 1 단부마개는 압력공급관을 꼭 맞게 받아들일 수 있는 적당한 직경을 가지고 내측으로 연장된 중앙리세스[17]를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 단위로위러 도색기.
  10. 제 1 항의 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서, 원형의 제 2 단부편(second circular end piece)이 2갈래로 갈라져 있어, 제 1 부분[28]은 가늘고긴 부착수단(attachment means)에 의하여 인접한 단위부분에 부착되어 있으며 제 2부분[29]은 제 1 부분에 분리가능하게 부착되어 제 2 부분이 분리될때 침투성로울러 투관내부로 삽입되고 제 2 부분이 부착될때 침투성로울러 투관을 억류(retention) 하도록된 것을 특징으로 하는 단위로울러 도색기.
  11. 제 1 항의 단위로울러 도색기에 있어서, 제 2 단부마개에 압력공급관을 통과시킬 수 있는 중앙개방구[31]를 구성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 단위로울러 도색기.
