Claims (16)

  1. 서로 결합하여 축조물을 형성하는 블록으로 구성된 건물 블록 구조물로서, 상기 구조물은, 완전 블록이 2개의 외측면, 2개의 단부면, 부가적인 공동을 이루는 2개의 중간 웨브에 의하여 동일 크기의 2개의 더 작은 공동으로 나누어진 1개의 내부 공동으로 구성되는 1셋트의 3블록을 포함하며, 각각의 중간 웨브는 블록의 상부면으로 부터 튀어나온 귀부분을 포함하며, 2개의 공동들 각각은 크기가 귀부분에 암수 끼워맞춤 되도록 되어있는 3개의 홈을 포함하며, 홈면들과 단부면들 사이의 모든 치수는 동일하고 2개 홈의 임의의 조합은 귀부분들 사이의 거리보다 반드시 작으며, 경사진 홈면들간의 모든 치수는 귀부분들의 면보다 반드시 더 크며, 각각의 홈은 경사져 있고 그 바닥면이 그 상부면보다 넓으며, 절반블록은 완전블록의 크기의 꼭 절반이고, 완전 블록과 동일한 치수를 가지며, 녹아웃 블록은 상기 블록들을 보안하도록 되어 있으며 상기 블록들에 정확히 끼워 맞춤되는 동일한 치수를 가지는 건물 블록 구조물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 절반블록이 단일 공동을 포함하며, 4개의 슬롯이 블록의 4개 내측벽에 위치되어 있는 건물 블록 구조물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 4개 벽들의 치수가 동일하고 각각의 홈이 각각의 벽이 대하여 동일 위치에 있고 블록의 다른 홈과 동일한 부분을 가지는 건물 블록 구조물.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 절반 블록이 돌출 귀부분을 가지지 않은 건물 블록 구조물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 녹아웃 블록의 외측 치수가 완전 블록과 동일하며, 콘크리이트 비임등의 형성시 봉이나 바아를 설치하기 위하여 크로스 웨브를 약화시켜 크로스 웨브의 파괴를 용이하게 하는 홈을 가지는 건물 블록 구조물.
  6. 제1항 또는 제5항중 한항에 있어서, 녹아웃 블록은 돌출부를 전혀 가지지 않으며, 녹아웃 블록의 홈들의 위치와 크기가 기초 블록의 돌출 귀부분에 결합되게 되어있는 건물 블록 구조물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 3개 블록들간의 결합이 기계적이고, 자기 잠금식이기 때문에 최종 구조물이 움직이지 못하게 유지하는 몰타르가 필요없는 건물 블륵 구조물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 녹아웃 블록들이 서로 쌓아 올려져서 기다란 공동을 이룸으로써 그곳에 보강봉을 설치하여 기둥등을 형성할 수 있는 건물 블록 구조물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 녹아웃 블록들이 서로 쌓아 올려져서 기다란 공동을 이룸으로써 그곳에 보강봉과 시멘트를 설치하여 기둥등을 형성할 수 있는 건물 블록 구조물.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 3개 형태의 블록들을 임의로 조합함으로써 공동 내에 파이프와 케이블을 설치할 수 있는 건물 블록 구조물.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블록들이 원하는 형태와 치수를 얻을 수 있도륵 평행하게 교차되게 서로 차곡차곡 쌓이게 그리고 런닝 본드 형식으로 상호 결합할 수 있는 건물 블록 구조물.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블록이 하중 감당 구조물을 형성하는데 사용되는 건물 블록 구조물.
  13. 상기 항들중 어느 한 항에 따른 시스템에 사용될 건물 블록을 제조하는 방법으로서, 공동형성 코어를 주형을 이루는 벽들안에 마련하고, 주형안에 작업 재료를 주입하고 그 다음에 작업재료를 다지기 위하여 가압하고, 3개의 납작한 면을 구성하는 납작한 요소들로 형성된 주형을 사용하여 돌출 귀부분을 성형하는 건물 블록 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 주형이 일단 작업재료로 채워진 후 주형을 진동시키는 건물 블록 제조방법.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 귀부분 성형 부품을 위한 작업 공간을 이루는데 평행한 쌍동이 바아가 사용되는 건물 블록 제조방법.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 브러쉬를 회전시켜 남아있는 재료를 제거하는 건물 블록 제조방법.
