Claims (7)

  1. 담체 또는 비독성 희석제와 함께 제약에 수용할 수 있는 비독성담체 또는 운반체와 혼합하거나 또는 결합한 다음식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 항-프로게스테론성 양을 함유하는 신규의 제약 조성물 ;
    상기식에서, R은 수소원자, C1내지 C10을 갖는 유기카르복실산의 아실잔기 및 C1내지 C10을 갖는 알코올잔기 또는 테트라히드로피란일기이다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 담체 또는 희석제는 비경구, 경구, 직장 또는 질내경로로 투여하기 적당한 것중의 하나임을 특징으로 하는 제약 조성물.
  3. 제 1항 및 제 2항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물의 항-프로게스테론성 양은 투여량당 25 내지 250mg임을 특징으로 하는 제약 조성물.
  4. 제 1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 17-아세톡시-17-에틴일-5-안드로스트-2-엔의 함량은 경구 경로를 위해 투여된 단위 투여량당 50 내지 100mg임을 특징으로 하는 제약 조성물.
  5. 제 1항 내지 3항중 어느 항에 있어서, 17-아세톡시- 17-에틴일-5-안드로스트-2-엔의 함량은 비경구투여를 위해 단위투여량당 25 내지 100mg임을 특징으로 하는 제약 조성물.
  6. 불활성이며 비독성이고, 제약에 수용할 수 있는 운반체 또는 담체와 혼합하거나 또는 결합하여 다음식(Ⅰ)의 화합물로 구성되는 제 1항 내지 5항중의 어느 항에 따른 제약 조성물의 제조방법 :
    상기식에서, R은 상기에 정의한 바와 같다.
  7. 프로게스테론의 생리적활성을 억압하는데 효율적인 의약의 제조를 위한 제 1항 내지 5항중의 어느항에 따른 제약 조성물의 용도.
