Claims (1)
- 마스터조립 용접기계에 여러가닥의 철선을 동시에 밀어 넣으며 (feed) 종간과 종간을 지그재그 철선으로 용착시켜 철선 트러스형을 부분적으로 형성하고 다음 단계로 자동으로 진행됨에 따라 철선 횡간을 트러스의 양종간의 표면에 가로 용착시켜 철선구조체가 계속적으로 형성되어 기계의 밖으로 진행됨에 따라 필요한 판넬의 길이로 자동 절단하여 제작하는 삼차원인 철선 구조체로서 종간과 종간의 간격을 통상적으로 2인치를 유지하고 횡간과 횡간의 간격도 2인치를 통상적으로 유지하며 철선구조체의 두께는 통상적으로 3인치가 되는 철선구조체로서 위의 규격은 필요에 따라 달리할 수 있고, 위의 철선구조체를 일정한 용기에 담은 후 기포와 콘크리트를 믹스한 기포 경량 콘크리트 믹스를 철선구조체에 충진시키며 그기포 콘크리트의 두께는 필요에 따라 2″ 내지 3″ 정도로 하고 필요에 따라 양생 촉진제를 콘크리트 믹스에 첨가하여 일정한 시간후 철선구조체에 경량 콘크리트 믹스가 응결되면 용기를 제거하고 판넬을 고압실(Autoolave)에 넣고 일정한 온도와 압력하에 일정시간 증기 양생시켜 제조하는 경량 쎄라믹 판넬.※ 참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
