Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 사이클릭 카바메이트.
    상기식에서,
    X 및 Y는 각각 산소 또는 황이고,
    Z는 수소, 할로겐, 알킬 또는 니트로이며,
    n은 2 또는 3이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    X 및 Y는 각각 산소이고,
    Z는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 니트로, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬이며,2 또는 3인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    X 및 Y는 각각 산소이고,
    Z는 수소, 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸 또는 에틸이며,
    n은 2이 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느하나에 있어서, 하기 구조식의 4,5-디메틸렌-2,4-벤즈옥사진-3-은.
  5. (a) X 및 Y는 각각 산소이고 Z는 수소, 할로겐 또는 알킬인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하기 위해, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 불활성 용매의 존재하에, 트리클로로메틸 클로로포르메이트와 반응시키거나,
    (b) X 및 Y는 각각 황이고 Z는 Z'과 동일한 의미인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하기 위해, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 불활성 용매의 존재하에, 경우에 따라 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 존재하에 이황화탄소와 반응시키거나,
    (C) X는 황이고, Y는 산소이고 Z는 Z'과 동일한 의미인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 수득하기 위해, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 불활성 용매의 존재하에, 경우에 따라 알칼리 금속 수산화물의 존재하에 카보닐 설파이드와 반응시키거나,
    (d) X 및 Y는 각각 산소이고 Z는 니트로인 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하기 위해, 본 발명에 따른 하기 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 불활성 용매의 존재하에 질산과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식(I)의 사이클릭 카바메이트를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서,
    X 및 Y는 각각 산소 또는 황이고,
    Z는 수소, 할로겐, 알킬 또는 니트로이며,
    n은 2 또는 3이고,
    Z¹은 수소, 할로겐 또는 알킬이다.
  6. 일반식(I)의 사이클릭 카바메이트를 하나 이상 함유함을 특징으로 하는 농업용 및 원예용 살진균제조성물.
  7. 일반식(I)의 사이클릭 카바메이트를 병원균 및/또는 그의 발생지역 및 식물병해의 발생지역에 작용시킴을 특징으로 하는 식물병해 구제방법.
  8. 식물병해를 구제하기 위한 일반식(I)의 사이클릭 카바메이트의 용도.
  9. 일반식(I)의 사이클릭 카바메이트를 증량제 및/또는 계면활성제와 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 농업용 살진균제 조성물의 제조방법.
