제3도는 제1도 및 제2도에 도시한 디스크밸브 요소의 주연부, 시일 및 밸브의 시트면의 확대 상세 단면도.

Claims (15)

  1. 내부 밸브 공동부를 한정하고 또한 유체 유동로를 포함하는 밸브 하우징, 상기 유동로를 통해 유동을 제어하기 위해 상기 밸브 공동부에 회전 가능하게 수납되는 밸브요소, 및 팽창성 물질을 포함하는 환형 시일로 구성되는 것으로서, 상기 밸브 하우징 또는 상기 밸브요소 중 어느 하나는 환형 시트면을 한정하고 나머지 하나는 환형 시일 수반용 표면을 한정하며, 상기 환형 시일은 상기 밸브 하우징 또는 상기 밸브요소 중 어느 하나에 있는 상기 시일 수반용 표면에 갖추어져서 상기 시트면과 계합하고 아울러 상기 밸브 하우징과 상기 밸브요소 사이에서 밀봉을 수행함을 특징으로 하는 밸브 조립체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 밸브요소가 디스크 밸브요소로 구성되는 밸브 조립체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디스크 밸브요소가 주연부 표면을 포함하고, 상기 주연부 표면은 방사상 외,향하여 개방하는 환형 신장홈을 포함하며, 상기 시일이 상기홈에 수납되어지는 밸브 조립체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시트면이 상기 유동로에 전체가 둘러싸는 관계로 하여 상기 밸브 하우징에 존재하는 밸브 조립체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일이 중합체 물질과 상기 팽창성 물질의 균질 혼합물로 구성되는 밸브 조립체.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 시일이 0-링으로 구성되는 밸브 조립체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일이 상기 팽창성 물질의 중심핵과 중합체 물질의 외피를 포함하는 밸브 조립체.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 시일이 0-링으로 구성되는 밸브 조립체.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시일이 방사상 외향하여 개방하는 환형홈과 이 홈내에 배치된 팽창성 물질을 한정하는 환형의 중합체 본체부를 포함하는 밸브 조립체.
  10. 공동부를 한정하여 회전성 밸브 요소를 수납하는 밸브 하우징을 갖는 회전밸브 조립체에 사용하기 위한 것으로써, 상기 밸브요소와 상기 밸브 하우징간의 밀봉을 수행하고, 팽창성 물질과 밀봉 물질로 이루어진 환형 본체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 시일.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 본체가 중합체 물질과 상기 팽창성 물질의 균질 혼합물로 구성되는 시일.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 본체가 0-링으로 구성되는 시일.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 본체가 상기 팽창성 물질의 중심핵과 중합체 물질의 외피로 구성되는 시일.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 본체가 0-링으로 구성되는 시일.
  15. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 본체가 환형의 방사상 외향하여 개방하는 홈 및 이 홈에 배치된 팽창성 물질을 한정하는 중합체부로 구성되는 시일.
