Claims (1)

  1. 디메틸테레프탈레이트를 주로 하는 디알킬테레프탈레이트와 에틸렌글리콜을 주로 하는 글리클을 에스테르 교환 반응시키고 얻어진 생성물을 증축합 반응시켜 반복 단위의 90몰% 이상이 에틸렌테레프탈레이트로된 필름용 폴리에스테르를 제조할 때에 아래의 (가)(나)의 방법을 이용하여 각기 (가)(나)의 칩(Chip)을 제조한 후 필름 용도 및 두께에 따라서 (가)(나)의 칩을 적당한 비율로 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 필름용 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
    (가) 에스테르교환 반응촉매로서 알카리 또는 알카리토류금속의 초산염을 아래식 (1)을 만족하는 양을 투입하여 반응을 시킨 후 얻어진 생성물을 증축합 반응시킬 때 안정제로서 트리저급 알킬포스페이트를 아래식 (2)를 만족하는 양을 투입하여 반응시켜 입자가 거의 없는 투명한 ○ (가)를 제조한다.

    (나) 에스테르교환반응 촉매로서 알카리 또는 알카리 토류금속의 초산염을 아래식 (3)을 만족하는 양을 투입하여 반응을 시킨후 얻어진 생성물 증축합 반응시킬 때 안정제로서 아인산과 트리 저급 알킬포스페이트를 아래식 (4)를 만족하는 양을 섞어 투입하여 반응시켜 입자의 양이 많고 크기가 균일하고 미세한 ○ (나)를 제조한다.
