Claims (11)

  1. P2O5농도가 54 내지 62중량%인 농축 습식인산을 암모니아와 반응시켜 축합인산 암모늄 액상 비료를 제조함에 있어서, 전술한 습식인산을 농축시키기 전에 양이온 교환수지로 처리하여 철 및 알루미늄을 조금도 감소시키지 않고 마그네슘 및 칼슘을 제거시키고 ; 60% P2O5로 칭해지는 전술한 농축 습식인산이 중량%를 기준으로 철 및 알루미늄을 Fe2O3및 Al2O3로 환산하여 1.0% 이상, 마그네슘을 MgO로 환산하여 0.3% 이하, 및 나트륨, 칼륨 및 칼슘을 Na2O, K2O 및 CaO로 환산하여 총 0.15% 이하로 함유하며 ; 전술한 액상비료가 어떠한 금속이온 포촉제 또는 현탁제의 첨가없이도 25℃에서 6개월동안 저장시 침전물을 전연 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산 암모늄 액상 비료.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    축합인산 암모늄 액상 비료의 인산염 중 35 내지 65%가 축합인산염 형태임을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산 암모늄 액상 비료.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    전술한 철 및 알루미늄 함량이 60% P2O5로 칭해지는 축합인산 중에 1.5중량% 이상 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산 암모늄 액상 비료.
  4. P2O5농도가 54 내지 62중량%인 농축 습식인산을 암모니아와 반응시켜 축합인산 암모늄 액상비료를 제조함에 있어서, 전술한 습식인산을 농축시키기 전에 양이온 교환수지로 처리하여 철 및 알루미늄을 조금도 감소시키지 않고 마그네슘 및 칼슘을 제거시키고 ; 60% P2O5로 칭해지는 전술한 농축 습식인산이 철, 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 칼슘, 나트륨 및 칼륨을 하기의 함량으로 함유하며 ; 전술한 액상비료가 어떠한 금속이온 포촉제 또는 현탁제의 첨가없이도 25℃에서 6개월동안 저장시 침전물을 전연 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산암모늄 액상 비료.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    축합인산암모늄 액상 비료의 인산염 중 35 내지 65%가 축합인산염 형태임을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산암모늄 액상 비료.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    전술한 농축 인산이 P2O5를 56 내지 62% 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산암모늄 액상 비료.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서,
    축합인산암모늄 액상비료의 인산염 중 40 내지 55%가 축합인산염 형태임을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산암모늄 액상 비료.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    중량을 기준으로 실질적으로 10%N 및 34% P2O5를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산암모늄 액상 비료.
  9. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    중량을 기준으로 실질적으로 10% N 및 34% P2O5를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산암모늄 액상 비료.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    중량을 기준으로 실질적으로 11%N 및 37% P2O5를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산암모늄 액상 비료.
  11. 제 4 항에 있어서,
    중량을 기준으로 실질적으로 11%N 및 37% P2O5를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안정한 축합인산암모늄 액상 비료.
