소의 도살후 생긴 1위 내용물을 활용하여 1위 내용물의 탈수 잔유물과 다른 탄수화물원 및 단백질원을 혼합하여 유산균, 알콜 발효균 및 곰팡이를 이용하여 48시간 이상 발효시킴으로서, 특유의 악취를 완전히 제거하고 기호성이 양호한 향을 부여하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반추가축의 사료 및 1위 활성 촉진제용 사료 제조 방법.By utilizing the first contents after the slaughter of cattle, the dehydrated residues of the first contents are mixed with other carbohydrate and protein sources and fermented for more than 48 hours using lactic acid bacteria, alcoholic fermentation bacteria and molds.
