Claims (29)

  1. 현금 카드가 구비되어 이 카드에는 기계에 감응성이 있는 정보가 기록되며, 이 정보에는 카드 소유자의 계정에 남은 현금 잔고가 포함되며, 또한 난수식으로 변화시킨 제 1 암호와 키가 포함되며, 또한 거래 레지스터가 구비되어 이 레지스터 기계는 상품 또는 용역 판매상점에 위치하며, 이 레지스터 기계에는 카드 소지자로부터 현금 카드를 수납하는 장치와 상기 현금 카드에 정보를 기록하는 장치와 현금 카드로부터 정보를 판독해 내는 장치를 구비하며, 또한 상기 레지스터 기계는 상기 제 1 암호와 키를 난수식으로 발생시켜서 상기 현금 카드에 이 제 1 암호와 키를 기록하며, 이때 a,c 또는 d,c 바이어스나 포화상태를 수반하지 않고 기록함으로서 난수식 변화를 일으키며, 또한 상기 현금 카드와는 별도로 상기 카드 소지자로부터 개인 식별번호(PIN)를 수납하며, 상기 PIN 정보는 제 2 암호화키를 구성하며, 또한 상기 거래 레지스터는 상기 제 1 및 제 2 암호와 키를 사용하여 상기 현금 카드에 기록될 정보나 또는 상기 현금 카드에서 판독한 정보를 암호화하고 독해하며, 또한 이전에 카드상에 암호화시켜 기록한 정보가 상기 입력한 PIN정보에 의해 성공적으로 독해되는가를 확인 결정하여, 상기 현금 카드가 승인된 카드 소유자에 의해 소지된 유효한 현금 카드인가를 확인하며 또한 상기 거래에 의거하여 상기 현금잔고 및 기타 카드상의 정보를 수정하며, 또한 후일의 자료 처리를 위하여 상품 또는 용역판매에 의한 현금 거래정보를 자성장치에 기록하여 저장하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 상품 또는 용역 거래시 카드 소지자의 자금 이전 거래를 취금하는 전자식 자금이전 시스템.
  2. 청구 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 자료처리 쎈터는 자성테이프에 기록된 정보를 판독하기 위한 자동식 자성 테이프 리더를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  3. 청구 범위 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 자료처리 쎈터는 분실된, 도난당한 또는 무효화된 현금 카드의 개인 식별번호를 영구적으로 기록 유지하기 위한 디스크 파일을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  4. 청구 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 전화기에 의해 현금 카드거래 정보를 자료처리쎈터에 전송하기 위하여 거래 레지스터 머신에 연결된 변복조 장치를 구비하며, 이에 의해 각 계정상의 현금 잔고를 현실화시킬 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  5. 청구 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 자성 기록 장치는 상기 거래 레지스터 기계에서 수행한 모든 현금 카드거래 정보를 저장하기 위한 디스크를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  6. 청구 범위 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 자성 기록 장치로부터 전화선을 통하여 각 거래정보를 자료처리 쎈터에 전송하는 특정 시간을 미리 설정하기 위한 타이머를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  7. 청구 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 암호화 장치에는 제 1 준 난수식 직렬수를 산출시키기 위한 난수식 계열수 발생기 배열체로 상기 제 1 및 제 2 암호화 키를 결합시키는 장치가 구비되며, 또한 상기 제 1 준 난수식 직렬수를 사용하여 암호화시킬 자료를 수정하는 장치가 구비되며, 또한 상기 제 1 준 난수식 직렬수를 제 2 준 난수식 직렬수로 전환시키는 장치가 구비되며, 또한 상기 제 2 준 난수식 직렬수를 키로서 사용하여, 암호화시킬 자료의 요소들을 새로운 위치에 암호식으로 배열시키는 장치가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  8. 청구 범위 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 거래 레지스터는 상기 현금 카드에 암호화되어 저장된 정보를 독해할 수 있게끔 상기 기계를 프로그램시키는 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  9. 청구 범위 제 1 항에 있어서, PIN정보를 수납하는 상기 장치는 카드 소시자가 조작할 수 있는 키보우드로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  10. 청구 범위 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 거래레지스터는 판매자가 조작할 수 있는 주 키보우드를 구비하며 이 주키보우드는 올바른 개인 식별번호를 입력할 때 반응을 보여 상기 레지스터 머신에 각 거래 금액을 선벽적으로 입력시킬 수 있게 하며, 한편, 이때, 거래 레지스터 상기 현금 카드상에 새로운 현금 잔고를 기록하고, 동시에 상기 현금 거래정보를 상기 자성 기록장치에 기록하여, 이 정보를 자료처리쎈터에 전송할 수 있게 하여 다시 이 정보를 각 현금 카드 계정에 이전시킬 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  11. 청구 범위 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 현금 카드 소지자에 의해 조작될 수 있는 키보우드는 상기 현금 카드와 상기 거래레지스터가 상호 결합할 수 있게끔 상기 현금 카드를 삽입하는 하나의 슬로트를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  12. 청구 범위 제10항에 있어서, 상기 판매자에 의해 조작될 수 있는 주키보우드는 상기 현금 카드상의 현금 잔고를 디스플레이시킬 수 있는 퀴어리 키를 구비하며, 상기 거래레지스터 기계내에 판매액을 입력할 수 있는 입력키를 구비하며, 거래 총액을 디스플레이 시킬 수 있는 판매키를 구비하며, 크레디트 키와 디베트 키를 구비하며, 부호키를 구비하며, 또한 거래완수시 상기 거래 레지스터 머신의 조작기능을 선택할 수 있는 산술기능키 등을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  13. 청구 범위 제17항에 있어서, 상기 판매자에 의해 조작될 수 있는 주 키보우드는, 개인 식별번호의 착오, 무효된 카드, 및 기타 안정상의 정보를 밝혀 내어 디스플레이시키고 또한 상기 거래레지스터의 조작을 위하여 디스플레이시키기 위한 디스플레이 창을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  14. a,c 또는 d,c 바이어스나 포화 상태를 수반함이 없이 기록된 제 1 암호화 키를 위시한 여러가지 정보와 현금잔고등의 정보를 담은 자성 줄무늬를 가진 플라스틱 카드를 구비하며, 또한 현금 거래레지스터기계를 구비하는데 이것은 수납한 금액을 기록하며, 각 판매액을 디스플레이하며, 또한 이 현금 거래레지스터기계는 상기 자성 줄무늬를 판독하는 장치를 구비하며, 상기 카드의 유효성을 확인하는 장치를 구비하며, 상기 카드의 사용자가 그 카드의 적법한 소유자인가를 확인하는 장치를 구비하며, 상기 자성 줄무늬에 기록된 현금 잔고 및 기타 정보를 수정하는 장치를 구비하며, 또한 각 거래시의 정보를 자성 장치에 기록하고 저장하여 후에 자료 처리 쎈터에서 추가적인 처리를 할 수 있게 하는 장치를 구비하는것을 특징으로 하는, 사업상의 거래 및 상품 용역 거래의 수행시 현금 이전거래를 취급하기 위한 전자식 자금 이전 시스템.
  15. 청구 범위 제12항에 있어서, 또한 자료 처리 쎈터가 구비되어, 여기에는 콤퓨터 장치와, 자동식 카세트테이프 또는 디스크 리더와, 디스크 파일과 또한 프린터가 구비되어 현금 카드시스템 거래상의 기록을 유지할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  16. 청구 범위 제13항에 있어서, 상기 현금 거래 레지스터기계는 자료전송망에 의해 자료처리쎈터와 상호 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  17. 청구 범위 제14항에 있어서, 상기 거래 레지스터 기계는 판매자에 의해 조작 가능한 주 키보우드를 구비하며, 이 주키보우드는 올바른 개인 식별번호에 반응을 보여 상기 레지스터 기계에 각 거래금액을 선별적으로 입력시킬 수 있게 하며, 한편 상기 레지스터 기계에 각 거래금액을 선별적으로 입력시킬 수있게 하며, 한편 상기 레지스터 기계는 상기 현금 카드 상에 새로운 현금 잔고를 기록하고, 동시에 상기 현금 거래를 자성 기록 장치에 기록하여 이 정보를 자료처리 쎈터에 전달하고 다시 이 정보를 각 현금카드계정으로 이전시킬 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  18. 청구 범위 제17항에 있어서, 상기 판매자에 의해 조작 가능한 주 키보우드는 현금카드상의 현금잔고를 디스플레이시키기 위한 퀴어리 키를 구비하며, 상기 레지스터 기계에 판매액을 입력시키기 위한 입력키를 구비하며, 거래 총액을 디스플레이시키기 위한 판매키를 구비하며, 크레디스키와 데비트키를 구비하며, 부호 키를 구비하며, 또한 산술 기능키를 구비함으로서, 판매거래 완수시 상기 레지스터 기계의 조작기능을 선택할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  19. 청구 범위 제18항에 있어서, 상기 판매자에 의해 조작 가능한 주 키보우드는 정확한 신호 발생요소에 의해, 개인 식별번호의 착오, 무효된 카드 및 기타 안정상의 정보를 디스플레이 할 수 있으며, 상기거래 레지스터 기계의 조작을 위해 디스플레이 할 수 있는 디스플레이 창을 구비을 하는 것을 특징으로하는 시스템.
  20. 다른 정보 원천과는 관계없이, 금전 이전 거래를 수행하기 위하여, a,c 또는 d,c 바이어스 및 포화상태를 수반하지 않고 기록된 제 1 암호와 키 및 현금잔고 등을 위시하여 여러가지 암호화 된 정보를 담고 있는 카드를 구비하며, 상기 카드상의 정보를 판독, 기록 및 디스플레이하기 위한 장치를 갖춘 현금 카드 단말기를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하며, 카드 소지자의 계정으로부터 수납자의 계정으로 자금을 이전시키기 위한 전자식 자금 이전 시스템.
  21. 청구 범위 제20항에 있어서, 상기 현금 카드 단말기는 전화선을 통하여 상기 기록된 정보를 거래 레지스터기계에 전송하는 장치를 구비하여 현금 이전 거래를 수행할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현금 카드시스템.
  22. 청구 범위 제21항에 있어서, 또한 거래 레지스터기계가 구비되며, 이 레지스터 기계는 상기 현금 카드상에 기록된 정보를 판독하고, 정보를 암호화하고 독해하고, 상기 현금 카드의 유효 여부를 확인하고 상기 현금 카드의 사용자가 적법한 카드 소유자인가를 확인하고, 상기 현금 카드상의 상기 정보를 수정할 수 있는 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현금 카드 시스템.
  23. 청구 범위 제22항에 있어서, 상기 거래 레지스터 기계는 상기 현금 거래에 관한 정보를 영구적으로 저장하기 위한 자성기록 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 현금 카드 시스템.
  24. 청구 범위 제20항에 있어서, 개인 식별 번호를 입력하기 위한 키보우드가 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 현금 카드 시스템.
  25. 난수식의 계수를 발생시키는 단계, 상기 계수를 아날로그식 신호로 전환시키는 단계 및 a,c 또는 d,c 바이어스와 포화 상태를 수반하지 않고 기록을 수행하여 난수식 변화를 일으켜 상기 카드상에 상기 아날로그신호를 기록하는 단계 등으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하며, 정보의 암호화에 의해 카드의 유일성을 식별하는 방법.
  26. 상기 아날로그 신호를 카드상에서 판독하는 단계, 상기 아날로그 신호가 a,c 또는 d,c 바이어스를 수반하는가 않는가를 결정하는 단계 등으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 아날로그 신호로 암호화된 정보를 갖는 많은 카드가 제시될 때 그 중 어느 하나라도 유효성을 갖지 않는가를 확인하는 방법.
  27. (a) 상기 카드를 처음에 본 시스템에 제시하면, 난수식 계수를 발생시키며, 상기 계수를 아날로그식 신호로 전환시키며, a,c 또는 d,c 바이어스 및 포화 상태가 수반하지 않는 상태에서 기록하여 난수식 변화를 가함으로서 상기 아날로그 신호를 상기 카드상에 기록하며, 상기 난수식으로 변화시킨 아날로그 신호를 카드에서 판독하며, 상기 난수식으로 변화시킨 아날로그신호를 계수식 표현으로 전환시키며, 상기 계수식 표현을 제 1 암호화 키로 사용하고 이와 함께 사용자가 제공하는 개인 식별번호(PIN)를 제 2 암호화 키로 사용하여, 본 시스템내에서 공통으로 사용하는 식별자료를 상기 카드 상에 암호화하여 넣는 단계.
    (b) 상기 카드를 후에 본 시스템에 제시할 때, 상기 암호화된 식별 정보를 상기 카드에서 판독하며, 상기 난수식으로 변화시킨 아날로그 신호를 상기 카드에서 판독하며, 상기 난수식으로 변화시킨 계수기표현으로 전환시키며, 상기계수식 표현을 제 1 암호화 키로 사용하고 이와 함께 사용자가 제공한 PIN 정보를 제 2 암호화 키로 사용하여 상기 식별정보를 독해하려는 시도의 단계 등으로 구성되며, 이에 의해 상기 식별 정보를 성공적으로 독해하면 상기 카드 사용자가 적법한 카드 소유자인가 아닌가 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하며, 이에 의해, 전자식 자금 이전 시스템 카드의 사용자가 적법한 카드 소유자인가를 확인하는 방법.
  28. 난수식으로 계수를 발생시키는 단계, 상기 계수를 아날로그 신호로 전환시키는 단계 a,c 또는 d,c 바이어스 및 포화 상태를 수반하지 않고 기록하여 난 수식변화를 가함으로서 상기 아날로그 신호를 상기 카드에 기록하는 단계, 상기 난수식으로 변화시킨 아날로그 신호를 상기 카드로부터 판독하는 단계, 상기 난수식으로 변화시킨 아날로그 신호를 계수식 표현으로 전환시키는 단계, 상기 계수식 표현을 제 1 암호화 키로 사용하고 이와 함께 상기 카드 소지자가 제공한 개인 식별번호(PIN)정보를 제 2 암호화 키로 사용하여 상기 전자식 자금 이전 시스템 정보를 암호화하는 단계 및 상기 암호화된 정보를 상기 카드에 기록하는 단계등으로 구성되며, 현금 잔고등 전자식 자금 이전 시스템에서 사용되는 정보를 카드에 암호화시켜 기록하는 방법.
  29. 청구 범위 제28항에 있어서, 상기 단계들은 후에 상기 카드의 사용시 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
