Claims (1)

다각축의 구조는 원동축 강관(1)과 피동축 강관(2)의 양끝이 두 갈개로 나누어져 있다. 여기에 원동축 강관(1)과 피동축 강관(2)으로 양쪽에 각각 저어널 캐이스(버섯)(3)가 결합 된다. 또한 저어널 캐이스에 삽입되어지는 이중 크랭크의 응용인 저어널(무지개)(3)을 회전할 수 있도록 양쪽 축을 연결한다. 그리고 원동축이 회전하려고 할 때 저어널(무지개)(4)에 비틀림 현상이 발생하므로 핀 베어링(5)이 비틀림 중심링(6)과 바깥쪽으로 설치한다. 도면 제2도에서 보는 것처럼 회전하는 다각축에 가해지는 하중과 자중의 마찰 저항을 되도록 작게하기 위해서 저어널 캐이스(버섯)(3)는 베어링 작용을 하고 그 사이로 니이들 로울러(7)가 삽입된다. 그럼으로 저어널(무지개)(4)은 니이들 로울러(7)에 받쳐지게 되므로 회전 속도에 원활한 성능을 발휘할 수 있다. 그리고 스프링(8)은 다닥축을 감싸줌으로 하향 저 처짐을 방지하며, 부품 전체를 균형있게 작용시켜 준다. 스프링(8)은 다각축과 같이 회전하지 않고 정지 고정된 다각축.In the structure of the polygonal shaft, both ends of the primary shaft steel pipe 1 and the driven shaft steel pipe 2 are divided into two.
