Claims (2)

  1. 구조식(2)의 화합물의 디하이드로클로라이드 이수화합물을 -40℃ 내지 0℃에서 에탄올/메틸렌 클로라이드 용매계에 현탁시킨후 염기를 가함을 특징으로 하여, 결정성(7R)-7-아미노-3-(1'-피리디늄메틸)-3-세펨-4-카복실레이트 일수화물을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, λ=1.541의 닉켈-여과된 구리방사선을 사용하여 수득된 하기의 X-레이분말 회절선을 갖는 결정성 7-(R)-아미노-3-(1'-피리디늄메틸)-3-세펨-4-카복실레이트 일수화물을 제조하는 방법.
