Description

야채 포장기의 절단도 착탈장치
제1도는 본 고안을 실시한 야채포장기의 전체 사시도.
제2도는 본 고안의 요부에 대한 전체 분해 사시도.
제3도는 본 고안을 실시하여 야채를 포장하는 상태의 단면도로
(a)는 테이프로 야채를 포장하였을 때의 종단면도.
(b)는 테이프로 야채를 포장하여 테이프를 절단하기 직전의 종단면도.

본 고안은 야채를 결속하는 테이프 절단대에 끼워붙임판을 나사붙임하여서, 절단도의 교체를 용이하게하는 야채포장기의 절단도 착탈장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 시장에서 또는 점포에서 야채를 판매할때 짚으로 묶어서 판매하였기 때문에 야채에 손상을 주었으며, 야채를 테이프로 결속하여 테이프를 절단하는 절단도를 절단도 받침판에 고정하였기 때문에, 절단도 마모하거나 또는 훼손되어 교체하고저 할 경우에 나사붙임되어 있는 것을 풀어야 하는 번거로움이 있었다.
이와같은 폐단을 시정하기 위하여 안출한 본원은, 테이프 절단대 안쪽변에 상단부가 회절되고 한쪽으로 경사면을 형성한 끼워붙임판을 나사붙임하므로서, 시중에서 쉽게 구득할수 있는 면도칼과 같은 절단도를 끼웠다 빼었다 하기가 편리할 뿐만 아니라, 일단 끼웠을 때에는 절단대에 튀어나오게 설치하고 있는 받침간에 의하여 절단도가 안전하게 지지되어 테이프를 쉽게 절단할 수 있음은 물론이고, 마모되거나, 훼손시에 용이하게 대체할수 있도록 되어 있는 바, 첨부 도면에 의하여 구조를 상술하면 다음과 같다.
포장대(1)의 후측단부에 절단대(2)를 단단히 붙박이한 안쪽변에 끼워붙임판(3)을 나사붙임하되, 끼워붙임판(3)상단부에는 눌림부(4)를 회절함과 동시에 붙임판(5)은 눌림부(4)반대쪽으로 경사면(6)을 형성하고, 절단도(7)의 상단부가 출입할수 있는 출입공(8)이 뚫어 설치되고 있는 작동간(9)의 선단부(9')는 내측으로 절곡하여 포장대(1)내측으로 유삽한 다음 코일스프링(10)으로 탄력설치한 구조이다.
도면중 미설명부호, 11은 테이프, 12는 피포장물, 13은 받침간이다.
이와같이 구성된 본 고안은, 끼워붙임판(3)의 붙임판(5)이 눌림부(4)반대쪽으로 경사면(6)을 형성하였을 뿐만 아니라, 끼워붙임판(3)의 상단부에는 눌림부(4)가 회절되어 있어서, 끼워붙임판(3)을 절단대(2)에 나사붙임하였을 때에는 눌림부(4)가 절단대(2)안쪽면에 단단히 탄력붙임이 되기 때문에, 절단도(7)를 눌림부(4)와 절단대(2)사이에 끼워넣게 되면 안전하게 끼워붙임되고 또한 절단도(7)는 받침간(13)에 의하여 아래로 내려 오는 것을 방지하여 테이프(11)절단시 절단도(7)의 하강을 예방할수 있으며, 사용도중에 절단도(7)가 훼손되거나 또는 마모로 인하여 대체하고저 할 경우에도 빼어내고 끼워넣기가 매우 용이하여 야채의 결속능률을 향상시킬수 있다.

  1. 끼워붙임판(3)상단부에는 눌림부(4)를 회절함과 동시에 붙임판(5)은 눌림부(4)반대쪽으로 경사면(6)을 형성하여서 절단대(2)안쪽면에 나사붙임하고, 나사붙임한 상부의 절단대(2)에 받침간(13)을 튀어나오게 설치하여서된 야채포장기의 절단도착탈장치.
