Claims (10)

  1. 대기압정도의 불활성 기권하 극성 반양자성 용매내에서 광을 조사하거나 또는 조사함이 없이 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디페닐에테르를 일반식(Ⅲ)의 디아실 퍼옥시드 및 분자브롬(Br2)과 함께 65-150℃의 온도에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는, 2-클로로-4-트리 플루오로메틸-3'-브로드-4'-니트로디페닐 에테르의 제조방법.
    식중, R1은 알카리금속 또는 알카리토류금속이고,
    R2및 R3는 각각 알리파틱라디칼, 아로카틱라디칼 또는 알킬아로마틱라디칼임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디페닐에테르 1당량당 1-5당량의 일반식(Ⅲ)의 디아실 퍼옥시드를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
    식중, R1은 알카리금속 또는 알카리토류금속이고,
    R2및 R3는 각각 알리파틱라디칼, 아로마틱라디칼 또는 알킬아로마틱라디칼임.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 디페닐에테르 1당량당 3당량의 디아실 퍼옥시드를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 디아실 퍼옥시드가 디아로마틱 디아실 퍼옥시드임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 디아실 퍼옥시드가 디벤조일 퍼옥시드임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 디페닐에테르 1당량당 1-5당량의 브롬(Br2)를 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
    식중, R1은 알칼리금속 또는 알카리토류금속임.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 디페닐에테르 1당량당 2당량의 브롬(Br2)을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 반응온도가 75-110℃임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 조사되는 광의 세기가 25와트 이상임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 조사되는 광의 세기가 75와트 이상임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
