The present invention relates to an improvement of an endoscope for liquid injection or forceps injection. In recent years, with the development of the optical fiber utilization technology, endoscopes that use optical fiber bundles in the image guide channel and the light guide channel and observe the indwelling lesions have been provided for practical use.
Furthermore, in recent years, endoscopes have been developed that can not only observe the surface state of the affected area by simply sending illumination light to the inspected part, but also inject the liquid through the endoscope or inject forceps to excision the affected part to precisely observe the affected part.
Such an endoscope capable of liquid injection or forceps injection has a structure shown in FIGS. 1 (a) and 1 (b).
(However, FIG. 1 (a) is a longitudinal sectional view of the main portion, and FIG. 1 (b) is an X-X cross-sectional view of FIG. 1 (a).
That is, the light guide channel 2 formed of the first optical fiber bundle, the image guide channel 3 formed of the second optical fiber bundle, the channel port 4 for liquid injection or forceps injection, and the image It consists of an objective lens 5 and an eyepiece 6 provided at the front and rear of the guide channel, and at the same time the outer side of the light guide channel 2, the image guide channel 3 and the channel port 4, is a flexible chemical-resistant protective tube. (7).
In addition, the patient's internal examination part 9 is illuminated from the external light source 8 through the light guide channel 2, and the examination part 9 is observed through the image guide channel 3. Liquid injection or forceps are fed from 4), and the inspection part (9) can be closely observed.
However, if the endoscope has a structure in which channels having different functions are arranged in separate places as described above, at least three channels must be installed in the case of an endoscope capable of liquid injection or forceps, and simply a light guide channel and an image guide. Compared to the endoscope having only a channel, the outer diameter becomes thicker and the pain for the inserted patient is increased.
The present invention has been made to eliminate such difficulties in the endoscope having a liquid injection or forceps injection channel, and the diameter of the endoscope is reduced by installing the light guide image guide and the channel in each end of the liquid injection or forceps injection. It is an object of the present invention to provide an endoscope for liquid injection or forceps injection that can reduce the outer diameter while minimizing an increase in defects and maintain the function of liquid injection or forceps injection.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is characterized in that both the liquid injection or forceps injection channel and the light guide channel are combined as one inner reflective cavity channel in the endoscope capable of liquid injection or forceps injection.
Since the endoscope for liquid injection or forceps injection of the present invention is constructed as described above, it can only send illumination light to the inspection part of the body from an external light source through the light guide and the internal reflection type common channel for liquid injection and forceps injection. In addition, the inspection part can be closely observed by feeding a predetermined liquid or forceps through the common channel. In addition, since the light guide channel and the liquid injection or forceps injection channel are used as one common channel, the cross-sectional area occupied in the endoscope cross section may be smaller than that in the case where these channels are separately installed, and inevitably thinner the endoscope outer diameter.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
2 (a) and 2 (b) show a schematic configuration of the endoscope 10 for liquid injection or forceps injection in the embodiment, and FIG. 2 (a) is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the main part, and FIG. It is YY line sectional drawing of a).
(3) is the image guide channel, (5) and (6) are objective lens and eyedrop lens, (7) is protective tube, (8) is light source, (20) is light guide and liquid injection or forceps injection. A combined channel internal reflection type channel (21) is a light guide for guiding illumination light from the light source (8) to the internal reflection type joint channel (20).
Since the inner reflection type common channel 20 in the endoscope 10 of the above-described embodiment generally increases the reflectance of the guided light, the aluminum or gold thin film is deposited on the inner surface, and at the same time, the cross-sectional area is not impeded at the time of forceps feeding. It is necessary to enlarge.
However, since the light guide channel and the liquid injection forceps injection channel are not separately separated like conventional liquid injection or forceps injection endoscopes, the forceps injection channel itself is enlarged, so the channel sphere cross section for illumination light guide is increased. Even if it is enough, the outer diameter of the whole endoscope can be made large enough compared with the conventional type.
In particular, the cross-section of the common channel 20 is formed in a curved crescent shape toward the image guide channel 3, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), so that the outer diameter of the endoscope 10 can be extremely thin.
As is clear from the above description, the liquid injection or forceps injection endoscope of the present invention has a channel having three kinds of functions in the cervix, which makes the outer diameter extremely thin and can reduce the pain to the patient during use. In addition, since the light guide channel for liquid injection or forceps feeding channel is replaced by one internal reflection type common channel, the amount of light to be sent to the test part is increased compared to the light guide of the conventional endoscope provided with each channel separately. There is an advantage of obtaining an image.
