Claims (1)
- 평판형 압전세라믹소자(1)의 압력부(2)를 두께방향으로 분극되도록하여 그 양면에 전극(3)(4)을 형성시키고, 상기 압전세라믹소자(1)의 출력부(5)를 길이 방향으로 분극되도록하여 그 곤단에 전극(6)을 형성시킨 압전세라믹변압기에 있어서, 상기 입력부(2)와 출력부(5)의 형상과 길이 (L)를 폭에 따라 다르게 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 압전세라믹 변압기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
