본 고안은 미그(MIG) 용접기나 탄산가스 용접기에 있어서 용접기 본체와 와이어 송급장치간의 연결을 위해 사용하는 용접용 케이블(Cable)에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a welding cable used for the connection between the welder body and the wire feeder in a MIG welder or a carbon dioxide welder.
일반적으로 이러한 종류의 용접기는 용접기 본체와 와이어 송급 장치간에 제어장치 케이블과 전원케이블이 연결되고 또 가스의 공급을 위한 가스호오스가 연결되어 있다. 그러나 종래에는 용접기 본체와 와이어 송급장치간에 제어장치 케이블, 전원 케이블 등 2개의 케이블과 가스호오스가 각각 별도로 연결되어 있기 때문에 협소한 장소에서는 사용이 매우 불편하고 보행시 늘어진 케이블과 호오스에 작업자에 걸려 넘어지기 쉬운 불편이 있었으며 또 이들 케이블과 호오스가 보행자에 의해 밟히거나 중량물에 의해 눌러져 파손되기 쉬운 결점이 있었다.In general, this type of welding machine is connected between the control cable and the power cable between the welder body and the wire feeder, and the gas hose for supplying gas. 본 고안은 종래의 이와 같은 결점을 해결하기 위해 별도로 제작되던 제어장치 케이블, 전원케이블, 가스호오스를 하나의 케이블 내에 설치하고 케이블의 외측에는 스텐레스 강선으로 된 보강선을 권회하여 협소한 장소에서도 사용이 편리하도록 함은 물론 보행자가 밟거나 중량물에 의해 눌려졌을 때에도 케이블의 변형이나 파손이 방지될 수 있도록 한 것이 바, 이를 첨부된 도면에 의해 더욱 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.The present invention installs a control cable, a power cable, and a gas hose separately manufactured in order to solve such a defect in the related art, and it is possible to use it in a narrow place by winding a reinforcing wire made of stainless steel wire outside the cable. 이와 같이 구성된 본 고안은 외피(7)내에 전원케이블(3)과 제어장치 케이블(4) 및 가스호오스(1)가 모두 내장되어 있어 하나의 케이블로 종래 제어장치 케이블, 전원케이블, 가스호오스의 기능을 다할 수 있게 되므로 종래의 것에 비해 협소한 장소에서도 설치와 사용이 간편해지고 제어장치 케이블과 전원케이블을 각각 피복하여야 하는 종래의 것에 비해 생산원가가 저렴해진다. 또 전원케이블(3)의 외측에 스텐레스 강선으로 된 보강선(5)이 권회되어 있으므로 외피(7)를 작업자가 밟거나 또는 외피(7) 위에 중량물이 얹혀지는 경우에도 보강선(5)에 의해 케이블이 변형되거나 파손되는 것이 방지된다.The present invention configured as described above has a power cable 3, a control device cable 4, and a gas hose 1 embedded in the outer shell 7, so that a single cable functions as a conventional control device cable, power cable, and gas hose.
