이와 같은 본 고안은 핀(3)(3')에 삽입된 리드선(4)을 고정하기 위하여 핀(3)(3')의 일측면에서 가볍게 펀칭하여 펀칭부(5)를 만들면 제3도에서와 같이 핀(3)(3')의 몸체 일부가 압착되면서 리드선(4)을 핀(3)(3')의 내부에서 견고히 고정점착시켜 종래와 같이 납땜의 공정과 표면을 연마하는 공정이 단축되며 더욱이 납땜에 의한 외관이 좋지않은 결점도 있어 종래는 매우 비경제적인 것이었으나 상술한 바와 같이 본 고안은 종래의 결점을 제거시킨 것으로 공정이 단축되고 납땜과 염산액이 불필요하며 베이스핀을 황동으로만 사용하던 것을 알루미늄으로도 사용할 수 있게 되었으며 외관 등이 미려한 효과등을 가지게 한 본 고안은 매우 실용적이고 경제적이어서 저렴한 가격으로 양산할 수 있게 한 것이다.This invention devises a punching portion 5 by lightly punching on one side of the pins 3 and 3 'to fix the lead wire 4 inserted into the pins 3 and 3'.
