Description

용접 테이프 타일에 부착되는 불연재 테이프
제 1 도는 본 고안의 일부를 이형시킨 상태의 사시도.

본 고안은 좌우 피용접 철판이 지지되는 타일의 상단좌우중 일측지지면에 부착하는 용접테이프 타일에 부착되는 불연재 테이프이다. 종래의 용접테이프 타일은 상단면으로 부착하는 조절테이프가 없기 때문에 용접할 좌우 피 철판의 두께가 일치되지 않고 일측철판은 두꺼웁고 또 다른 피 철판은 얇은 경우 제 4 도와 같이 타일이 경사지므로 인하여 타일 상단면 중앙 반원홈 형상으로 용접부가 형성되지 않고 형으로 불규칙하게 용접부가 형성되기 때문에 미관상 좋지 못한 것은 물론이고 용접후 타일 자세를 이탈시키고 불규칙하게 된 용접부를 제거하여야하는 폐단등이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 폐단을 시정보완하여 안출된 것으로 용접할 좌우 피 철판의 두께가 일치되지 않이할 경우 좌우 피 철판중 얇은 피 철판 저면이 지지되는 타일 상단면에는 타측의 두꺼운 피 철판에 비하여 얇은 만큼의 두께에 해당하는 석면(기타 불연재) 테이프를 접착하고 그 상단면에 얇은 피 철판이 지지되게 제 3 도와 같이 부착하여 용접하므로서 용접부가 미관상에도 좋을뿐만 아니라 지지되었던 타일을 이탈시킨 후 불규칙한 용접부를 제거하여야 하는 불편이 없게 된 것이다.
이를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 구조 및 상세한 설명을 하면 다음과 같다.
금박테이프(7)상의 중앙에 부착한 불연재 타일(1)의 상단중앙홈(2) 좌우 지지면(4)중 일측 지지면에 일면이 고온 접착재(6) 처리가된 석면(불연재) 테이프(5)를 부착하여서 된 것이다. 도면중 미 설명 주호 3은 기준선, 9는 이 형재 10,10'는 용접할 피철판, 11은 용접부이다.
이와 같이된 본 고안의 사용상태 및 효과에 있어서 용접할 좌우 피철판(10)(10')의 두께가 일치하지 아니한 경우에 사용하는데 그 사용방법에 있어서는 다음과 같다.
제 3 도와 같이 좌우 피 철판(10)(10')의 용접단부가 타일(1) 상단면 중앙홈(2)에 위치되게 타일(1)을 부착하되 좌우 피 철판(10)(10')이 지지되는 타일(1)상단 좌우 지지면(4)중 얇은 철판(10')이 지지되는 지지면(4)에 타측 두꺼운 피 철판(10)에 비하여 피 철판(10')이 얇은 만큼의 두께로 된 석면(불연재) 테이프(5)를 고온 접착재(6)가 처리된 면이 타일(1)면에 접착되게 하여 피 철판(10')이 지지되게 하므로서 좌우 피 철판(10)(10')의 상단면이 수평으로 일치되는 것은 물론이고 용접후 타일(1)을 이탈시키면형으로 용접부(11)중 타일(1) 상단 중앙홈(2)에 의해 형성된 보강돌부가 불규칙할 수 없게된 것으로 매우 실용적인 효과가 있다.

  1. 도시한 바와 같이 금박지(7)에 부착되고 상단면의 좌우 지지면(4) 중앙에 홈(2)이 천설된 공지한 통상의 타일(1)에 있어서 일측면에 고온 접착재(6)가 처리된 석면(불연재) 테이프(5)를 타일(1)상단 좌우 지지면 중 일측 지지면(4)에 부착하여 사용하게 되는 것을 특징으로 한 용접 테이프 타일에 부착되는 불연재 테이프.
