제1도는 본 발명의 하나의 양태를 도시한 평면도이고,
제2도는 기저귀 구성 부분의 연관관계를 도시한 특수한 도해를 포함시킨 제1도의 양태의 평면도이다.

Claims (11)

  1. (a) 거의 직사각형의 흡수 코어, (b) 제 1의 통기성 직물, (c) 제 2의 통기성 직물, (d) 탄성 집합부재 및 (c) 밀착부재로 이루어지며, 언급된 코어는 액체 방수막상에 중첩시킨 거의 직사각형의 흡수 판넬로 이루어지며, 언급된 방수막은 판넬과 거의 동일한 형상이지만 판넬의 각 단부보다 약간 길게 신장되어 있고, 언급된 코어는 “T”자의 골격을 형성하고, “T”자의 거의 전체 길이로 신장되어 있으며, 언급된 제 1의 통기성 직물은 “T”자의 상부를 형성하고 언급된 방수막의 외면상에서 “T”자의 골격보다 길게 신장되어 가장 자리를 형성하며, 언급된 제2의 통기성 직물은 흡수코어를 덮고 있고, 가장 자리에서 언급된 제 1의 통기성 직물에 접착시키기에 충분한 길이 이상으로 신장되어 있으며, 언급된 탄성집합 부재는 적어도 중심부에 위치하는 “T”자의 골격을 따라 언급된 가강 자리에서 언급된 제 1의 통기성 직물과 제 2의 통기성 직물 사이에 고착되며, 언급된 밀착부재는 “T”자 상부의 각 말단부의 내부에 부착되어 있고, 언급된 “T”형태는 각 면상에서 “T”골격의 소부위를 따라 “T”자의 기부에서 적어도 하나의 통기성 직물의 부위를 거의 동일하게 신장시킴으로서 변형되며, 언급된 통기성 직물이 횡축 방향으로는 거의 비신장성임을 특징으로 하는 1회용 유아용 기저귀.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, “T”자 형태의 길이는 ×이며, “T”자 상부의 폭은 약 0.8×이고, “T”자 골격의 기부의 폭은 약 0.5× 내지 약 0.55×이며, 제품 길이의 중앙에서 횡축의 “T”자 골격의 폭은 약 0.45× 내지 약 0.5×이고, 판넬의 길이는 약 0.9×이며, 판넬의 폭은 약 0.25×이고, 탄성부재의 길이는 약 0.65×이며 이때 탄성부재 길이는 횡축상부에 약 55%, 횡축하부에 약 45% 분포하고, 탄성부재 폭은 약 0.5인치 이상이며, 밀착부재 종축 길이는 약 0.08× 이상이고, “T”자 상부의 말단이 약 0.1×인 1회용 기저귀.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수 판넬이 느슨하게 컴팩트된 셀룰로오즈계 섬유의 배트로 이루어진 1회용 기저귀.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 셀룰로오즈계 섬유가 목재 펄프 섬유인 1회용 기저귀.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 흡수 판넬이 초강력 흡수재를 함유하는 압축된 복합재로 이루어진 1회용 기저귀.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 통기성 직물이 스펀본드 플리프로필렌 부직포로 이루어진 1회용 기저귀.
  7. 제7항에 있어서, 탄성집합부재가 다수의 탄성부재 스트랜드로 이루어진 1회용 기저귀.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 탄성부재의 스트랜드가 서로 거의 평행이고, 적어도 약 1/16인치 상호 이격되어 있는 1회용 기저귀.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 액체 방수막이 폴러에털렌 필름으로 이루어진 1회용 기저귀.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 밀착부재가 접착성 밀착부재인 1회용 기저귀.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 접착성 밀착부재가 기저귀 모서리의 직물상에 부착된 접착제 매스인 1회용 기저귀.
